implantation/bleeding question

I posted earlier about implantation bleeding and found some threads related to iplnatation bleeding but nothing like what I posted so I'm asking again in a different area. My DH and I are TTC I stopped my Nuva Ring at the end of it's cycle in September AD was right on time first week in October. We were TTC and just went by an ovulation calendar no temping or anything. So We were waiting impatiently to take HPT I had taken several WAY too early all negative of course and then I had some spotting and turned into heavy bleeding that only lasted a little over two days. Of course I thought could be just getting used to my cycle again since I haven't been of BC long. WEll right now I'm around the time of ovualtion so we dtd over the last three days. But I have been having on and off symptoms of nausea, dizziness, can't find a food thats appeals and today I fainted?? So now I'm wondering could the bleeding from before be a mistake? Could I be pregnant? Should I take another test now or wait until AF to com or not come on 11/20?

Your body could still be adjusting to going off hormonal birth control. If your tests are still negative, I would say you aren't pregnant.

This sounds like one of my pregnancy. I got what I thought was my period but it was definitely weird. Didn't end up testing until my next period was late. Ended up losing the baby. I would test again just to be sure.

I would wait at least until you miss you period, you should know for sure by then. Sending your way and I hope you get a GOOD LUCK!

Thanks ladies! I took one just to be sure. BFN. But next time AF should be here is 11/20 so we'll try again then and hope AF doesn't show,
