    Default 30 Days of Thankfulness

I saw this and thought it was a great idea. As we near Thanksgiving, its a time set aside to remind us of how awesomely God has blessed us and be thankful. So go ahead and share! You can share something every day, or just share as you think of things.

"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." 1 Thes. 5:18

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever." Psalm 136:1

I am thankful, first and foremost for this... that "God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." Rom. 5:8
If I never had another blessing in my life, this would be enough. Plenty enough.

This is exactly what I was going to say first, too!

Today I am thankful for anti-nausea medication that keeps me well enough to nourish myself and my baby, while also being able to care of my daughter and the house (well, the house is better than if I were stuck on the couch. lol).

I am doing this on FB, but I will share today's here too. Today I am thankful that my brother and his family arrived safely at my house. They are visiting until Saturday.

I'm grateful for modern conveniences. For freedom and those who fight for our rights. For the advances in modern medicine that allow me and so many other women to have children of our own, and that help us to keep them healthy and growing.
I'm grateful to my husband for making the sacrifice to further his education, and also to work so I can raise our daughter. I'm grateful for the example he is to his sisters and to our daughter of how a man should treat those around him.
I'm grateful for my job. As little as I'm working right now, it helps make ends meet.
