Kids have been off school since last Wednesday and I haven't managed to get to the gym since then. Looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow!
I did finally manage to break through out of the 19's. 189.4 this morning! I'm getting so close to 10% being gone. Only 7 more pounds to go![]()

To give myself credit, though, I haven't got back in the groove since my kids were off for a week in October. I got sick that week and had 3 back to back colds and am only now feeling some semblance of good. AND I gained back up to 195 in that process. I weighed in last Wednesday at 195.6 and by Monday when I got on the scale to assess the holiday weekend damage I was expecting to literally be back up to my start of 202 because I didn't track at all. I didn't expect to almost be at my low! Between Wed and Monday I went down 5.7 pounds!


I bet you will get in really good shape if you keep up with it!
