Where do you add siggy's?

You add them in the User CP area. Click User CP up in the top left side, and then Edit Signature on the left side bar.

I'm trying to edit my signature. I'm using two ticker lines and one picture line, and it's saying I have too many lines. :/ According to what was posted here, I should be able to have that PLUS a text line. Why can't I change my siggy?
