Oh my! he said that? Sorry but Jess use to get yeast infections all the time. It could have been for many other reason then hygine. Yeast can grow quickly when your body is off balanced. eating to much sugar can make it grow quickly or if your immune system is down. Ab's causes over growth of yeast.

Jess had yeasty butt and thrush from Ab's from the NICU and he seemed just more apt to get them more often. There was many times we painted him with the Gentian violet, so often, I finally just bought a bottle and did it at home per dr orders.

So Jesse eats yogart every day. That helps. But acidophilus helps your stomach keep in balance and it's safe for LO too.

YIKES I wrote a mini book.

We got our minivan last night! We traded my civic with my in-laws for their van. They are so generous! We drove it last night to the grocery store in the snow, so we really got to try it out. Nathan loved all the room and was bouncing around in the back (the back seat is out for now) while Tim strapped his carseat in. Haleigh was just laughing and laughing at him. It was so cute.

I am going to go see my grandma again today. The sad thing is my friend called and her husband's grandma just got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. They do not expect her to last the week. I hate this disease.

I'm setting up my sister tonight and I'm so excited!

Some friends from church have been wanting to set up my sister with their brother for a while now and it's worked out that we can all get together tonight. We're going to eat pizza and play games. (We're all gonna be there so it's less a "date" and hopefully more relaxing.)

    I hope it goes well!

Sign me up for hating Cancer. Matt's mom passed away on Monday. My uncle is having prostate surgery next week and I fear the news my dad will get from my Aunt today based on Matt's mom's experience.

But God is good. And were there no death we may not remember to value those around us a little bit more, if even for just a short time.

I can't wait for summer. These kids need to be back outside. It has been a LONG week with KR out of school. Please see "short time" above. =-)

Mary I am glad you had a good visit with your grandma. I lived in Hawaii when my grandparents died so I never got back to say goodbye. So hard.

What are your weekend plans? I am hoping to go to the snow.

We got a new puppy today. I took pics, but the batteries in the camera died and I can't find anymore right now.

Tristyn's b-day party is tomorrow... its supposed to be a pony party, a friend is bringing over a real pony... except we might be getting rain which could mean no pony.... Im praying I don't have to tell my 3 year old that the pony isn't comming to her party anymore I told dh I'd rather let her ride in the rain, then tell her no!

Good luck with the pony. Alex and I were SUPPOSED to have a mommy and baby outing. Yeah he decided to nap early today. *sigh* Had an awesome chat with Polly. Got a lot of my frustrations out.

I would not be able to use that restroom. I had seen the others, those are pretty cool.

Mary - where were you going to take the little man?

I am so thankful for the warm weather! What nice break. The dish soap in the kitchen has thawed once again. I can finally lift the blankets over the windows in my bedroom and let in some REAL light. And instead of just a quick shower with mom or dad, Lily got to take a splish-splashy bath today!
Its amazing what warmth and sunlight can do to lift a person's spirits.
