Bridget, I think I've said before but I have to say thanks for mentioning vitamin D in another thread on APA. I have started taking a daily dose and I can't believe how much it's had an effect on my energy level and mood! I recommended it to my sister as well and she e-mailed me to say that she feels like she could run laps around her office building whereas before she was struggling. Right now, my sis is single-parenting her kids as her husband has moved state for his job, and she and the kids aren't moving until June when school is out. She didn't want to take her daughter of school mid-year. Her husband drives up from Texas to Iowa every other weekend, but I can imagine the energy it must take to look after 2 kids alone must be very draining. Especially when you don't have another adult to unwind with at the end of the day.
DH got more good news about his job. He had his appraisal and got the highest marks that they give at his company. I told him he needs to take the bulls by the horn now and get his career moving on up. He's always been one to doubt himself and wanted to just get on with his work, but he's never had the right bosses or been in the job that has suited him. Now he has a great boss and his role really suits his personality, so I think he should try to expand it as much as he can.
On another random note while I have time to post a long post, I spoke to Travis' teacher today about his writing he did last week. His class did what they call a "Big Write" where they write a few sentences in their books which then get levelled (graded) by the teachers. She said he made a great story that made sense and he spelled a lot of his high frequency words correctly. His target is to not use random capital letters in the middle of his words.

I am very proud of him!
Any how, I suppose I've rambled on a bit now, so I'll go for now!
