I haven't seen it but love the song. My sister is a HUGE fan (she is definitely in the Monster club...has seen her twice in Chicago and is planning to go to NYC when the tour dates are announced...she even got my dad into it and now he is a big fan) and was waiting for the video.
I made two casseroles this morning (one for tomorrow, one to freeze for when the new baby is here) and already have dinner for tonight in the slow cooker. I love cooking, but not baking. I think baking is annoying. Even when I like the end result, I'm a little conflicted about having an entire recipe's worth of cookies or cakes or pies sitting here, ready to be eaten by just me and dh and the twins.
Has anyone heard from Agatha(WillowSpy)? I wonder if she's had the baby?
I confess that my dad just called and they are admitting my mom to the hospital. The pain is too much for her to bear.
How do you ever know if it's a bump in the road or the beginning of the end?
I sort of got the connection--I have to watch it again though. For the first 3 minutes I was like "is this the video? is the music going to start?" lol
I don't like baking either! I think I've said this before. It's too exact for me.
I don't know Bridget.![]()
I think it's hard to tell until the end is really, really close. I hope your mother gets some relief from her pain, and maybe a specialist or pain team can help with getting her on a regimen that will keep her pain-free in the comfort of her own home. It is no fun being in a hospital.
I just had a debate with my mother over the phone about VBAC's. She's old school and is all "once you have a c-section, you have to have another." "Everyone" she has spoken to has told her the same. LOL. I told her she's not the one having a baby right now and is doing research. She's freaking out that I'm going to try for a natural birth.
Stacy, I am thrilled to see a recent picture of O. He is beautiful!
Interesting Fresh Air today - a guy who studied inconsistencies in the bible. He was a Christian who became agnostic when he couldn't reconcile the idea of an all-powerful God while there was still such suffering in the world. I only caught the last bit, but will def. get it as a podcast.
Bridget -I'm sorry. I am glad that your mom is getting some help with her pain.

I love baking. Love love love it. I thought about going to pastry school for about a minute and a half until I realized I would be getting up at 2 a.m. for the rest of my life.
I would bet that if you worked in a bakery all the time, you wouldn't really see it as yummy food to eat anymore - it would just be units. Or maybe not![]()

Aaaah, adorable siggy overload!![]()
I had 2 c-sections followed by 2 vbacs. It can be done successfully!!! I'm sure you know that, but I'm just one more statistic you can use as an argument!! Bobbie and Jessica were both born via c-section (Jessica simply because I chickened out and screamed for a c-section knowing full well they'd give it to me. I'm still mad they did!) and then Sydney and Conner were natural.
