In certain areas I have a lot of extra skin, mainly around my triceps and behind my knees. That's part of the reason my dh hired me a trainer for the next year. We're only going to be doing strength training to see if I can tone that extra skin up. If I can't then we have decided that I am having surgery to take it all away. My stomach is a problem area too, but I'm hoping that the next 30 pounds will take it all away.

Lost 71 lbs ......169lbs 10 months later. Sewed myself this Red dress to celebrate!:

I hope to reach 160lbs (what I was when I got married).

Everyone looks soooo great! Good job ladies! I tried to upload pics but my computer is being grumpy! I gained 65 pounds with my pregnancy and got up to 215 before DD was born, I'm now down to 147 (Size 10ish) My ultimate goal is 130, but not sure if I'll ever get there or not!

The first one is me at 209 the second one is of me at 202...not a lot of weight-loss BUT its a ton of Inches lost I've went from a size 17 pants down to a size 8 since running c25k and doing 3-5 mile walks every day

and yoga
