    Assalaamu alaykum!

I'm so excited that we have our own forum now

About me: My name is Maha. I had my first baby, a little girl named Safiya, in June. My parents are Palestinian, but I was born and raised in TN. My husband is a convert and our baby is half white, half arab. I work from home full-time. It's difficult juggling job and baby at the same time, but it's worth it!

    yay! We got our forum!
Salam to all my sisters. I have the great fortune to be a 'revert', I was born in California, my parent are from Mexico, raised a Catholic, met my husband and after 6 years of marriage I reverted to what I always was but didn't know
I'm still learning and at the same time trying to teach our daughter and son. Rasheeda is 5 and in kindergaten and ZoLin is 4.5 months. I also have a son who is 13 and currently lives with my parents. I'm a sham. I have many questions being a revert is difficult and family has a really hard time with it, so please excuse me if I ask weird or even sometimes silly maybe even dumb questions. I look forward to our conversations!

That's so funny! Mariam was almost ten days late! We wanted a religious name and it was the first one we found in the Quran ;) It was our only one for a girl and we had a long list of boys names.

    Salam Ladies!

I have been a part of APA for a very long time and didn't realize how many Muslim ladies visit this forum. Stephie just pointed it out to me!

My name is Lina, i'm Lebanese, I live in Texas. I am married to my awesome Palestinian husband Saher and we have a beautiful 2 year old daughter named Lilliana.

So nice to have this place and to meet you all.
