Nursing cover if you're nursing. Diaper bag. Both of those I go with MY style--not baby gender. Cloth breast pads if you want. Burp clothes. Blankets. Hats (crochet/knit). Lots of stuff can be gender...

If your cycles are long your baby could definitely be much less than 12 weeks and an abdominal ultrasound might not be accurate. Try to relax and wait for the vaginal ultrasound :hugs:
