I think the best thing you can do is get another Beta in 48 hrs to confirm HCG is doubling. Then, around 5 or 6 weeks get an ultrasound.

If your still getting pregnant on a digi I would go to ER. But I'm not the wait and see kind especially if it could be ectopic...that's dangerous.

At this point I would suggest you go to a clinic or ER and have a blood draw and possibly u/s.

I personally believe Clomid cycles should be monitored. Clomid can make your lining extremely thin!

I would not stress. It is not uncommon to bleed lightly when AF would have been due. Some women bleed lightly for months. Stress is not going to do you any good.

I see it! Did you test out trigger? I had the lightest of lines 8 dpiui with the twins. Can't wait for today's test.

I had bleeding around the same time but also had spontaneous twins this time.
Its scary but common.

My energy picked up in the second trimester and was decent through third trimester. I delivered at 33 Weeks with both my sets of twins so can't speak for the very very end of third trimester.

My twins shared until about 6 months. I don't plan to have the girls together as long though. Maybe two or three months.

Ultimately I plan to get an Ergo but probably not until the girls are 6 months.

For the infancy (I expect 3 to 4 lb babies) what is a good wrap/sling/carrier? Specifically one that might hold...

I will have five and that doesn't seem all that big.

Thanks Brit! Im mostly concerned about my low supply ive had with Anthony and the big twins. Im going to initially try and breastfeed only. I plan to take Fenugreek and will also add in the fish oil....

Thanks for the encouragement. I did nurse my first set of twins. I also nursed my singleton. BUT I have a low supply. I've worked with lactation consultants and taken Fenugreek...I just don't produce...

I'm going through a divorce which means in raising my 22 month twins alone and almost 20 Weeks with the girls.

I really want to breastfeed the girls. Am I out of my mind to think I can juggle the...
