I have occasional all-day nausea too. It's off and on, especially when I'm hungry. Gagging at just about everything, lol.

Honestly, my first (personal) concerns about where I live, whether in the US or abroad, is their vaccine exemption laws, homeschooling laws, healthcare, and crime stats. Good luck with your decision...
