Vitamin C is water soluble and if you get too much if just comes out as waste. Avoid too much vitamin A though. Hope you all get to feeling better soon!

It took about a week for all of the hcg I had to slough out of my system from the time I began bleeding which was not long after I found out I was even pregnant.
