I agree with the other gals. Your pedi is an idiot, very obviously uneducated about breastfeeding, and breastfed babies.

Make some cloth diapers and wipes! Make some decorations for the baby's room (with DD1 I painted a bunch of different animal pictures and made a cross stitch blanket to go on the wall.) Sew some burp...

We also do toy timeout when she refuses to clean up something that we've asked her to more than a few times. It goes out of reach for the rest of the day.

Yup. I just always warn her that she will need to clean it up after, which can sometimes be a struggle.

Try not to worry, the 3D pics can have all kinds of weird anomalies and shadows on them. Bring up your concerns with your Doc. but my guess is that everything is fine!
