I voted the both "grow it out" only because IDK what's gonna happen once i's grown. I wouldn't cut bangs because once you started you have to keep up with it and I think a busy mommy doesn't need...

IDK why but it would be a big deal for me...If it happens and she needs to lose her tooth or if it's permanently dark I will fix it.
