Oh girl it's torture. The constipation is killing me today :( what helped you other than apples? I need to eat one a day from now on for sure. I drink a gallon of water a day but little fiber :(

My appt is Monday as well. It was supposed to be yesterday but I was stuck in the hospital :( they should def be doing a Sono and lots of Bloodwork if I remember right. Oh and a fun pap. ;)
