I take 1 B-complex a day with my prenatal vitamin. Vitamin B is water soluble, so when you pee sometimes it is BRIGHT yellow. Good luck!

I had shorter cycles after my girls (21-23 days). I added a vitamin b-complex and they are back to normal for me (26-29 days). If I slack on the B-complex, I am back at 21-23 days.

This happened to me as well and I had my girls at 37 weeks. It made me crazy!
