Okay humor me. Someone just posted about what a PIA it is to read ingredients on every box. I've found that I find specific brands or sources for my food, and then I just buy their stuff because I've already read the boxes and know they don't use bad stuff. Does anyone else do this? Let's start a list.
Bell & Evans
Burt's Bees (but they're owned by clorox, so not an environmentally friendly company)
Nature's Place (Hannaford brand)
Nature's Promise (S&S brand)
Newmans Own Organic
Robert's American Gourmet (Veggie Booty, Pirate's Booty, etc)
Tom's of Maine
365 Organics (NOT 365 brand)
I know I'm missing a ton. Add to the list.
Their canned goods (all except the tomato products) are in BPA-free cans. They are rock stars of the BPA-free movement:
Hey, my post was removed!
Bob's Red Mill
Wow, a BUNCH were removed. Mine too. I can't even remember which brands I posted b/c it was so long ago. What's up with that??
Where this list came from? I mean, how do you know these brands are actually organic?
