Why me!!
Today I'm having a pity party. I am really craving something sweet and I can't have what I want and I am starting to get depressed about it! :truce: This GD is really starting to be the pits now that I am getting my appetite back :pokey: I really don't know how in the world I can take 28 more weeks of this. I know there is sugar free stuff out there but that is not what I am wanting at the moment...I am wanting a big slice of NY style cheesecake!!! Ok I guess I am through whining about it :P sorry to rant!

I am scared of GD since this kid craves so many sweets and I usually give in. Didn't crave sweets with DS so this is new. I feel for you girl!!! Sugar free stuff sucks in my opinion, but my Dad has diabetes so I hate the taste of any artificial sweeteners and I can taste them all no matter how much a company says it tastes like the real stuff.

Good luck, you can do it!

I can still have 1 sweet treat a day. Can you not?

My friend that had GD did the one sweet a day. I would talk to your OB.

Definitely ask your Dr. about the once a day sweet. It's usually ok late morning to mid afternoon, depending on what you eat for breakfast and lunch. Sometimes fresh fruit can take away the sweet tooth without actually wrecking the Dr. ordered diet. Good luck!
