U/s
I got to see my little peanut today!!:hooray: so exciting and reassuring to see a heart beat. The u/s tech dated the pregnant as 7 weeks and gave me a due date of Aug 6th. I'm assuming my dr will go with that as my official due date since the whole reason for this u/s was to date it. The heartbeat was around 182 bpm if I remember correctly, although that seems high to me so I think I may not be remembering what she said correctly.
That's about it, just an exciting day!

It is the best feeling to see that little heart beating and know everything is okay in there!! I'm glad you had a great ultrasound. According to everything that I have been told that is a great heartbeat for this far along :) !!

Congratulations Angie! So happy that everything is looking really good!
I haven't been on here for a while, but I just wanted to share that I had my first ultrasound on the 21st...and it's TWINS! I heard both heartbeats and they measured at exactly 7 weeks as I expected. I feel so blessed...and also terrified and thrilled at the same time. I am just trying to stay calm and not to be paranoid that something will happen. Happy to be 8 weeks today...only 5 more weeks till the end of the 1st trimester!

Laura that s so exciting!! Congratulations:hooray: have you gotten over the shock of twins? I've always wanted twins, I'm sure it's double the stress but double the excitement as well!
-
Laura have you been sick?
-
Thanks Angie! It wasn't such a shock for me since I had IVF and 3 embryos transferred. I was kind of hoping for twins, but it doesn't make it any less frightening!

Hi Melissa,
I have had some nausea, but that is about it. Haven't thrown up at all. I seem to be nauseous when I don't get enough to eat...they are definitely always hungry! :headbang:
