early complications

So I'm 7 weeks 3 days and about a week ago I ended up in the ob Ward with cramping after a lengthy ultrasound they found a tear behind the baby that's what was causing the pain I'm now no longer allowed to lift anything and am constantly conserned. Has anyone else ever expiranced this or heard of good outcomes I don't wanna lose another baby.
