Does it sound like pregnancy

Hi everyone have been getting early pregnant symptoms and took a test a week ago n neg result. I'm on the pill n have been for a long time n have never have felt like this before. Symptoms iv been getting are bigger boobs, tenderness there, very gassy( not usually gassy at all), cravings for chocolate things, started to feel nausea in late arvos but nothing to make me sick, had bad tummy cramps last 2 weeks.. I had a period 6 days ago n lasted 2 days which is weird n symptoms have come straight back. I get occasionally fluttering feelings.. Should I wait another week or so to take test?

Retest in a week but, the pill is typical 99% effective when used correctly taken the same time every single day. If you've skip pills you could be pregnant. Sometimes the pill can have similar side effects that can seem like pregnancy symptoms.

Ok thanks.. I had lower tummy pains all night n woke up this morning n have bright red blood so I have no idea wats the go. :(

Sounds like AF is just a little messed up to me. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
