Could I be pregnant?

Is it possible to tell if I am pregnant right now? My last period started 7/17. Me and my fiancé have been havin unprotected sex. He hasn't been pulling out or anything. I ovulated between the 7/31 and 8/1. I know it is too early to take a home test and have it be accurate. I already have one child but I didn't have any symptoms with him until I was 4 months along. I have cramping (which I usually only get during my period) lower back aches tender nipples and I'm always tired even if I got 9 hours of sleep. Help please I don't know if I should go get a blood test (if so when) or if I should wait to see if my period shows up

i would say in a couple day usually 7 days after ovualtion u can get a postive test
