Hello ladies,
Hi, I'm new here! I just found out today at 5w6d that I am carrying twins and I am simultaneously ecstatic and in shock.
My pre-pregnancy clothes don't fit, mainly because I'm so bloated and tops don't fit because the booby fairy came early for me. I will have to shop for new bras soon.
Just wondering when everyone who is expecting twins actually felt like they were looking pregnant rather than just bloated and round. :winks:

With my twins, I was in maternity pants pretty early on -- mayb 8wks or so? But it was my 2nd pregnancy, so I'm not too sure if it was due to the twins or to it being the second time around.
I was in maternity clothes by 13weeks and started to really look pg around 20weeks rather than just totally plump!
Congratulations!! Hope you have a healthy, wonderful pregnancy! My story is very similar to pp. I was in maternity clothes by 12 weeks or so. I mostly looked chubby at first- by 20 weeks I looked very pg. It seemed like my belly grew everyday.
I'm a small person and was told about 11 weeks that it was a joke to try and hide it anymore. I think I was in maternity pants about 10 weeks. Congrats!
Thanks, ladies! I'm short - 5'2" so I wonder if that has any bearing on how quickly I will be showing.
it was my second pregnancy and At 6weeks I looked bloated and wore baggy shirts to hide it. I thought it was normal to show fast with your second(we found out it was twins at 8weeks) by 12 weeks I had a pregnant belly but a small one, at 16 weeks I was very pregnant looking and then looked like I was about 7-8 months by 22 weeks lol. I held off from maternity clothes until about 26 weeks( did the hair tie on the jeans thing and wore flowing shirts)
I was showing by 12 weeks, but this was also my 3rd pregnancy. Here is a picture of what I looked like at 14 weeks. BTW once I started to show, my bump grew crazy fast...

Right now I am just able to wear one of my pair of elastic waist shorts (thank God I work from home!) and loose-fitting shirts.
I am 6w4d so hoping to hold out for at least a couple of more weeks before shopping, or at least until I see the heartbeats (next sonogram is July 23). I guess I am a little superstitious. :eyeroll:
