Hi Everyone!!

I've lurked on this forum for a long time. I posted on STC around 4 years ago. My DH and I have been TTC #1 since 11/07. We took the classes to become Foster/Adoptive Parents in 2010 and have started doing our profile book to hand in by June 1st! We are super excited and can not wait to being this journey. While I hope to be a safe haven for some foster children, I do hope we get our forever child quickly. Hope to get to know all of you well!

Hi! I was also in STC 4 years ago....think we started trying June 07.

I hope you find a forever child quickly as well. My aunts did foster care, got two babies and ended up adopting both of them....my cousins are now in grade school.

My DH and I are in the domestic infant program and took classes and did the home study last year. Been officially waiting almost 8 months.

:hi:! Good to meet you!! We adopted our son from foster care when he was not quite 2yrs...we didn't do foster care ourselves though :).

I didn't do foster care but just wanted to wish you well! We're in the domestic infant adoption program in our state. Hope you get your little one soon! :)
