Hubby left yesterday morning for a three-week work trip. First time ever being away from him for longer than a week. I am using this time as an opportunity. I am about to hit the gym hardcore! I want him to come back and be like WOW! I hadn't been to the gym in about a week and some and I seriously miss it. I am going to hit it three days (m-w-f) FOR SURE, then extra if possible. I'm kicking this show into high-gear. My lifetime goal is to be healthy and create a healthy lifestyle/environment for my kids, but I do have a weight goal in mind. I am ready to get there and maintain. 47.5 lbs. to go...I can do it!!!
Operation: Be Sexy, has commenced. :)
WOOHOO! You can do it! I love that you are challenging yourself while he is gone.

I hadn't updated here in a while. Mostly on MFP. I've had a little 2 lb. flucutation and have been at a stand-still otherwise, for about a month and a half. Thinking of trying to switch up my routine next week and see if I notice change after that. Thinking of upping my calories, cause I am only consuming 1200/day. Thinking of doing something different at the gym, but not sure what yet. I enjoy my routine, but I need to see the scale move again! Any suggestions? I am currently doing 20 min elliptical intervals, 20 min walk/run treadmill intervals (3.5 mph/5.0 mph), three days a week. I may start incorporating a workout video on the other two days and having my weekend to rest. IDK. I'm stumped!
Are you eating a NET of 1200 cals/day? Is that above or below your BMR? Are you eating clean(er)? That might have an influence on your progress. Are you updating your calorie goals (both how much you'd like to lose/how much you should consume) as you're losing weight? And definitely change up your routine. Incorporate weight training (of the lift heavy kind), Tabata, HIIT (can't tell if what you're doing on the intervals fits HIIT). If you're working out 3 days a week, you may need to bump it up to somewhere between 4 & 6.
Pictures help! LOL
I am calling this one a 7-month comparison pic. Though it's not in the comparison pic format, I like the difference! I made 7 months last Saturday. This is my "start" and me today. :)

ETA: The dress is loose fitting, I pulled it tight so you can see curves. :)
Are you eating back your workout calories? 1200 calories is a minimum and you should add workout calories to that if you aren't already. Even if you are, 1200 is just a guesstimate and everyone is different. I would bump that up by 200 for a couple weeks and see what happens. If your body is in starvation mode it won't let go of any weight. Also, changing up your routine every few months is a great idea for everyone. Do something totally different than what you are now. Lift heavy weights for sure! Your pictures look great too! Keep up the hard work!
I am not eating back workout calories. Not normally. I did the other day. I have been having trouble not going over. I am not sure what I need to do, but I know I need to get back strict. I think it is just hard consuming 1200 calories, when before I was at 1500-ish. I need to make some serious adjustments, stay under my allowed and eat straight clean. When I first started and for a long time thereafter, I didn't allow myself to eat out (even healthy stuff) and I was strict. Now that I've gotten a bunch of weight off, I allow myself more freedom. I need to get back strict like I was when I first started.
I'd say that you're likely not eating enough. Try to at least eat your BMR. I'm not a huge proponent of eating 100% clean, 80 - 20 works for me, and keeps me sane because I can indulge, within reason.
