Crazy early symptoms?
Hi ladies!! I have two little girls and am almost positive I am pregnant with our third.
I don't track ovulation or anything, but my last AF started 11/25. My next is due this weekend (though I'm usually a couple days longer, so more like Sunday/Monday). I'm not on the pill, we usually use condoms, but on 12/13 DH got a little too anxious and couldn't wait. On 12/16, around midnight, I had very very light spotting, brownish/pinkish. It lasted less than a day. I am NEVER ever early for a period, and NEVER have spotting unless it's at the beginning/end of AF. I've never had implantation bleeding, but immediately when I saw the spotting believed that's what it was. I know that sounds early for IB but I've read it's possible. Anyway, so now, the past 3 days or so I've been having CRAZY symptoms, that I usually don't get until 6-8 weeks pregnant. I've been crazy sick to my stomach, exhausted, and really bloated and gassy (sorry tmi). DH wants to wait to take a test because he doesn't want to go through 8 million tests because it's too early to get a positive (we weren't TTC, but when I suspect that I may be pregnant, I'm OBSESSED until I find out either way).
So, is it too early to get a BFP? Is it crazy to think that these symptoms are pregnancy related, because like I said, I've never had symptoms this strong so early.
Any input would be GREAT! I haven't told my family because I want to know for sure so that I can surprise them, so I'm going NUTS!!!! :headbang:

I honestly have noticed if I am experiencing symptoms, I will have an accurate reading.
I tested on a Sunday? for my BFP, and wasn't due for a period until that next Saturday due to the syptoms I was experiencing.
Walmart sells a 3 pack of generic first response for 7 bucks, I don't see how it could hurt to test now :)

oh wow, a week early!! Well congrats!!! :)
Yeah I was wondering if maybe since my symptoms are so strong the hcg should be in my system enough for the test to read positive by now if I am. Okay well...fingers crossed! :silly:

I am almost exactly right there with you on dates. I am pretty sure I ovulated on Dec5 and DH and I were having sex every other day before and after. My cycle is usually around 35 days so I should start this weekend. However, I have been having slight cramping and sore boobs all week. Not sure if it's BFP or AF about to show. I am trying to make myself wait until next week to test. Good luck to you.

For what it's worth, I had very early symptoms - fatigue, sore boobs, dizziness, and headaches. I tested two days before I was supposed to get AF and the BFP was clear as day. I say test :P

I got some crazy m/s like feelings starting at 6DPO with this little one so you never know! I got my first BFP at 9DPO and that was the first time I had tested with this one.

Try putting some numbers and dates in here... http://www.pregnology.com/pregnancy-test.php

Thanks for the input! I did the dates and it says I can test tomorrow, which is what I will do hopefully...I still have to get into town to buy a test and our battery on our car died so hopefully we can get a friend to jump it in the morning.
Today I thought I started, I rushed into the bathroom, but just had a lot of creamy discharge (sorry tmi).
Anyway...boo for having to wait! :ohno:

So I tested this morning, BFN. I thought I may have seen a very very faint line, but I'm sure it was just in my head. I was frustrated though because the store was sold out of FRERs. I used an EPT. I told DH I still think I'm pregnant, lol. I think I AM crazy! If I don't start AF this week, I'll test again next weekend. Any chance I could still be pregnant? Anyone get a BFN on an EPT but a BFP on a FRER? We weren't trying but DH says now I have baby fever.

I'm sorry hun! There's still hope til AF shows up! :hugs:
-
Curious to if you tested again. With my test, it took some convincing to see the second line ;)
-
yeah I tested but it was last night, not fmu, with an frer. It was a BFN, so I'm just waiting for AF to show. I'm pretty sure if I were pregnant I would've gotten a BFP by now. I keep thinking AF is coming and I'll run to the bathroom but nothing - just a lot of cervical mucus (tmi sorry). DH and I dtd to try to get AF to show but nothing...I'm just so over this wait. :truce:

still in the game?
So here's the update: I tested New Year's Eve morning, thought I saw a very very faint line, but am still pretty sure I'm seeing things. Been waiting for AF to arrive everyday, but no sign of her at all. Now, all of a sudden, my bbs are getting tender, and last night had a sharp pain in the side of one. I'm having those stretching pains that I got with my girls...still so bloated and gassy...and still going insane!
If we got pregnant on December 13th, I would be a little over 5 weeks now (a little over 4 weeks when I last tested) but I've read that it is not unheard of for women to not get a positive test until 6 weeks pregnant? I mean I didn't have this issue with my girls, I had very definite positives with them (honestly don't remember exactly when though). My biggest concern is if I'm pregnant and not producing enough HCG to give me a BFP, is there something wrong with the baby?
Then, here's the other issue: last week, I was having crazy CM. It was A LOT but I just figured either I was pregnant or about to start AF and so my discharge was just off. The CM changed a little though after Friday and I still have it but not as much and not the same consistency (last week had EWCM) - so now I'm thinking did I just O late? DH and I dtd Tuesday and Thursday trying to start AF, so....as you can see I am hella confused.
I'm almost 2 weeks late for AF, and was almost a week late when I last tested - is it possible that it was just too early??
-
well I'll answer my own question...AF showed up today, tacky late. I definitely had my few hours of :pms:+= (poor DH), but I realize that we weren't TTC and were planning on TTC toward the end of 2012, which is not a long wait at all. It was definitely a reminder that I am HUGELY blessed for having my two angels  - and for anyone TTC and especially those STC, my heart goes out to you. It is definitely not a journey for the weak. :hugs:
