I confess I found out today that I can renew my car's tags online. :cabbage: Yay for that! It'll take me a year to find all of the documents needed for the walk-in appt.
I confess I still can't find my license. I can't get a TX license (even starting from the ground up -- take the test all over and whatnot) without a photo ID and my photo ID was my MD license! :headbang: So basically, I'm screwed unless I can figure out how I can fly to MD (to get a copy of my old license) w/out a photo ID. Ahhh!
I confess that I am in no way shape or form enjoying glycolysis, the Krebs cycle or electron transport chain right now. :headbang:
Oh, Janeen, I just had flashbacks. I hated the Krebs cycle!
I told the professor today he should just have the test on these three things with as depth as he is with it but noooo...
He insists we know all of this along with the 6 other chapters!
Let me just throw in one more :headbang:
That professor is evil. Seriously evil.
You're telling me.
He told me not to worry about it and enjoy it while it lasts because in his Pathophysiology class, there are 10 chapters to a test instead of these 7 chapters to a test.
I confess that I posted this in its own thread in CD but, I am so excited I am going to post it here too! Okay, maybe in the May DD group as well. :D
I just found out that the place we're doing the CD class at this Saturday has a trial package for trying out cloth diapers. For a 50 dollar deposit they give you some diapers (you pick them and/or they give you suggestions) to try out for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks you turn them back in, get your 50 dollars back and decide what to do from there.
What an awesome way to be able to try them out!
Ack! I've had professors like that. And they're not kidding, either, the other classes really are more work. I found that out the hard way!
Where in AZ are you? I have lived in Flagstaff and Show Low. I still have family in both places.
Tucson. I went to NAU for a while back in the early 90s but I haven't been to Flag for a while.
And that's awesome about the diapers!
I lived in Flag for 8 years when I was younger. My mom and two brothers are there still. We were there last year for Christmas.
This time of year, I miss it. By February / March, I don't, especially when I'm running around in flip-flops and T-shirts!
I could never live in "the valley" lol...just, not, happening.
I couldn't either ... "the valley" is Phoenix! You couldn't pay me to live there! LOL (kidding, mostly, but I love Tucson and I don't care for the Phoenix metro area). It's a LITTLE cooler here and much less polluted.
You should let me know if you're ever in the area, though!
I absolutely will. It's all the valley to me though. Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale, Tucson, it's allllllll Phoenix to me! LOL
LOL! Don't say that too loud around the UofA!
Come to think of it, you're in Denver, aren't you? I have family not far from there.
I understand it being different if you live there. When I first moved to Denver, it was all Denver to me. Now that I know the different towns/cities though, it's different. It's all so continuous though. Except where I live now, in Parker, is kind of "out there" but still runs into the cities lol
My relatives are in Ft. Collins.
To revisit the facebook privacy issue, here's an article detailing the ways you can set your profile and personal information to maximum privacy:

For instance, your birthdate may be set for everyone to see. That, combined with your full name, where you live, phone or address, can be enough for some bad folks to do some bad things with your identity.
Sorry to bug, but I came across it today.
For those of you who like pointless silly websites, I can't believe I haven't seen this before:
AwkwardBoners.com
I will assume that you can tell by the title if you might be offended by this site.
OMG Lydia!
Speaking of an awkward boners... One of my clients once got one when I asked him to kiss his wife a few times. It was so hard not to laugh.
I confess of all of the times I've whined about DH, about how he never takes the intitiative to do anything special, etc... (though not really on here) today he came home with about 2 pounds of chocolate and a tub of Ben & Jerry's. All of that because I messaged him that my AF arrived (it was a bit late again).
Oh and I totally didn't have the heart to tell him that his efforts were futile and I wasn't eating a piece... and I didn't. Go willpower!
