I'm taking a vote. CM 7/8 days post IUI ... pregnancy symptom or no?
I don't know. I don't even know for sure what CM is. :shame: I know women that are ttc'ing talk about it a lot, but I never paid that much attention.
I had a lot of EWCM leading up to my BFP with Elle so I would consider it a symptom.
EWCM = egg white cervical mucus. CM = cervical mucus, it changes in appearance throughout your cycle. EWCM means that you are fertile but it can range in color and texture.
Excited for you Mandy!! I am so hoping this is your cycle!
Erin
I'm with Chrissy on this.
Ky was in a play this evening called "Goin Buggy." He was a tick and the play was about bugs having an uprising and a "march on Washington" to get rights for bugs LOL! It was really cute. I was upset that I actually remembered to bring my camera and when I turned it on it was dead. So I didn't get to video the show. I'm going to try to get a copy from another parent.

Awww, what a bummer Erin. I hope you can get one!
Isn't CM always white?
No it's clear very often. You can get a ton leading up to ovulation also. You don't really get it on when on the pill. I get a good amount now which is kind of annoying as I end up needing several liners throughout the days when I have it going on.
I'm actually ovulating tonight....I get such brand cramps...much worse than with AF. lasts like 4-6 hours but I'm going on about 4 hours now.
Goin' Buggy! How cute! If any of the parents post the video, you have to show us.
Yeah, CM can be anything from thin and clear to sticky and white. Right now I'd say it is EWCM and I've had it for two days. I usually get it for about a week leading up to O, but not late in my cycle.
I didn't know you didn't get it on the pill - I've never taken the pill! But that would make sense, since it's associated with O.
Could be!! :fingerscrossed: I know when I got pg with Nolan I had ALOT of creamy CM. It was gross and everywhere  I have never had much CM though, so that totally grossed me out!
So two votes for "it happened to me when I was pregnant" and two votes for "what's that?" I think I like those odds.
I also actually get some right when I start spotting before AF. Usually not middle of the LP. But I think I might be an over producer....I can have anywhere from 4-7 days before O and a day or so right when AF starts. Kind of a lot when you have a shorter cycle like I do. I think some of it might be that I drink a good amount of water most of the time.
And yeah when you don't O, you don't have the hormones that trigger cm production. I took the pill I think from age 19 until 28 I think. However old I was when we started TTC.
Well, I might have had it too, but was oblivious.
I know I had it, but I never paid any attention to when it occurred during my cycle, if it happened regular, or how long it lasted. I never knew when I ovulated either.
Actually my first Clomid cycle I had NO CM at all. Dried me up completely, even to the point where sex was painful. Someone in STC mentioned she took Mucinex while on Clomid to increase her CM. I intended to try the Mucinex this time around but did have a little bit spontaneously. I'm having more now than I did around O, though.
Anyway, I'm sure that if I was supposed to have CM at that time in my early stages of pregnancy, I probably did. I was just clueless about the whole process. I tend to vote toward it being a positive sign :D
Add one more vote to "it was a pregnancy sign for me" :) I hope this is it!!!!!!!!!!
