I am glad I could help! It really never hurts, and once he starts Preschool I am sure you will notice a huge increase as well... sometimes kids are lazy talkers for their parents. When we brought ours to speech therapy... I did all the same things the therapist was doing, but he was willing to cooperate more for the therapist because he thought it was "fun" and not mom trying to make me do something hehe.
  3. Our sweet boy is 3 and is very hard to understand! My daughter, the younger of the two, talks much better at 2! He will be starting preschool in the fall with a built in speech therapy program! I'm a nervous wreck about him going but I know it will help him! We are definitely seeing improvements all the time so you have given me some peace of mind! Thanks!!

Sorry, I didn't see the notifications! I have to change it to pop up window. Yes my oldest did have a speech delay, quite a serious one. He was barely talking at age 3. But he did therapy for about a year, and we worked with him and now he is completely caught up that his teacher this year didn't even know he had a past problem.
