Hah Tracy!

So Yesterday Shelly goes, "You have to take me to the craft store tonight as I have to make a model of the knee and its due tomorrow." I LOVE when they do that...sarcasm.

So we did it last night and it looked so cool, but we totally cheated...sort of.

Since its halloween time of year, we got a skeleton and cute the knee out of it and then put modeling clay over it and used pipe cleaners for the ligaments. We got an "A"! Yay...er, um, I mean she got an "A"

At first I was like well, we could use styrafoam as a base and cover it in clay and then I was like...pfffft just get an already made knee and cover it. I'm a genius! speaking of which...

the other morning (on our vacation) Katelyn wakes up and the first thing out of her mouth is "Dada's a Genius!" then she said nothing else after it. Such a random thought. I bust out laughing it was too funny. I swear this kid was put on this earth to entertain me.

Hey hey ladies... it is Monday again.:indifferent:
How was the halloween weekend? we had fun ToT, we had to leave the park because it was raining and we were tired, but the kids had a blast (specially Buzzlightyear) She was waving to other kids, just enjoying the day and the walk... on the booths, she went and said "trick or treat" and then always "Thank you" afterwards... Chris couldn't care less about the candy:laugh:
We found another kid dressed as buzz and Dani & him were "fighting", it was hysterical!!. Then we went to have dinner and she stayed in her costume :lol:

Saturday & Sunday were ok, although I got super overwhealmed yesterday and decided I needed some time off (finally!! after 3 years I admit it)... so I am considering taking the kids to daycare on veterans day (I am off) and just do things I want to do!! (but I still feel gulity about it)
Dh did ok.... he tends to be more helpful during the week... I seriously want to put his computer on time out..... anyways, yesterday he made me upset because Dani needed help, Chris was crying because he woke up from his nap, and he was IDIOTIZED in the computer instead of helping me... by the time he made himself available, Dani was ok and I was on my way to get Chris :pokey:

I was annoyed with Dh's lack of helping saturday. Will has been HORRID. (I'll make another post about that) but yesterday DH had Will all day because I had my 10 mile race.

There was a list a mile long of things that needed to be fixed. Dh ws scared to death that on top of all the termite, bug, and dirtwork, that there were hidden things wrong with the house that could affect our health. So, we tell teh realtor tomorrow our decision. We found a cute house about a 1000 sq ft less in our old subdivision we liked a long time ago, and it's up on the market now. We want to see it.

Hey... I have been working my buns off this morning.

The Party was GREAT! The food was good and being around my family always feels like a blessing! I will post some pictures of my Pirate Bones as soon as I have a spare few minutes. Is it sad that I don't feel any love for my mother? Yeah that is sad. I can't stand her. I'm not even angry, I just don't like her.

My Dad fertilzed the yard yesterday and when I picked Katelyn up it was all over the drive way. So as I am backing out I called the house to tell them not to let her play in the driveway until it was gone. As I was calling, my Dad was coming out the door to hand me something I forgot, so my son had his window down. After I told my Mom not to let her play out there, She hung up the phone but called me a D@mn B!tch and slammed the door. My son heard it.
Is it wrong that I want the best for my DD's health? If that makes me a word that rhymes with witch then so be it! I just hate my mother!

We had our first Couple's Therapy session yesterday... it was ackward because we are going to my guy about a thing... felt weird having DH there, I kind of felt that he was invading my sacred place... then when we came out we talked a little bit and he said "well all that he said we need to work on, I am already doing"... in a very cocky attitude... I just wanted to slap him :wtf: then he had this attitude all afternoon, he pretty much said he is not going to make any changes until I agree to DTD more often and actually be into it :po:
Anyways, as I was listening yesterday in session, I started thinking "OMG this is just too much work", and part of me thought I really have no motivation to do this............ :truce:

Well... I think you should use your next vacation to come and see me. :) That would give you time away to think. :) The thing is your DH goes away for work all the time so he doesn't understand you need to get away without him because he gets that itch scratched by going on work outtings. One thing I know for sure is... if I ever get remarried he'll have to be ok with me taking off with the kids every once in a while to have just mommy alone time, or time with my friends. I wished we lived close and could go to a movie or dinner together!

Girls I feel so blah! And I did horid on my diet yesterday! I ate a cookie and about 1/2 a cup of noodles more than I should have last night. Not to mention NO water! Blah! And Morgan got sick so I had to get off the tread mill 5 minutes early so I only jogged 1.3 miles not 1.5. All seems kind of small and petty but I really want this weight off and I can see it slowing down. :(

I guess I am just disapointed because it always seems like the first few pounds come off pretty easy and then it starts to slow down. I know that all this weight isn't going to just fall off its going to take a lot of work but I just don't know what to do at this point to work any harder than I already am. Blah!!!

Way to go Tracy!! My goal is to be able to jog outside by next Spring when it starts to warm up. I can't right now because well.. I don't want people looking at me if I have to stop every 5 minutes to walk for a bit. LOL But if I keep it up on the treadmil all winter by spring I think I can do it!

Hey everyone, still having tummy troubles over here. :( It just hurts! Then yesterday Chris had 2 poopy accidents at school (he wears underwear all day at school) and then when we got home he took a huge poop and his little bum was red. I guess we have a touch of a tummy bug? I went ahead and sent him to school since it wasn't diarrhea and he only went once last night, hopefully he'll be ok. Big Chris is off today so he's supposed to be picking him up early for me. As for me, I'm trying to hang in here at work all day. As long as I don't have to go too often I'll be ok. I just hate pooping at work! :shame:

Hi ladies, I am back in the office

Chris has an ear infection, so I stayed home with them yesterday... it was not a good day, turns out someone got a hold of DH's debit card and emptied our checking account, so I had to go to the bank and try to fix things, while DH tried to contact the people who charged the account AND the Sheriff's office... hope this nightmare is over soon!!!

I have a lot of catch up to do at work, so I will be here on and off... plus I have a meeting at 11:00 :rant:

Yah... know last time I joined a Christmas question thread I felt that way. But then I got to thinking about it and... I am pretty proud of myself! I may not have gobs of money to spend on Morgan but I think giving her some thing (the cabage patch kids) that used to be mine with some new clothes and maybe a little wodden high chair is worth so much more than money. Its part of me. I guess when you lose all your money... it makes it much more easy to see the true meaning of Christmas because there was a time I had money and could spend bunches and I loved doing it! But now I am forced to be creative and think from the heart.

Yeah... yesterday I was wondering about some peoples abbility to be supportive. LOL and I am not talking about the Christmas post to any on lookers. :)

I agree with you Pam, for me Christmas has never been about spending money. It still has the religious meaning PLUS the family one... we never got huge amounts of toys, and once I started working, I got a small present for my family, one that I put a big effort to find as the "perfect" present.... but the best part of Christmas has always been that loving, family, embracing, renewal feeling that I get

OK... Claudia... what I say to you now is not coming from the advice of a friend but from working in Psychology for the last 7 years. If we see a client for indiviual therapy then they want to start couples therapy what we do is ... Assign the spouce his/her own therapist and then the 4 of us will meet (his therapist her's and then of course the couple). Once a week we meet as a "Couple" and then once a week for "individual" if they have the time and can afford it. If not then we meet every other week for "Couples" and then the other week for "individual". This way we feel as if there are no bias and every one has a go to person the can talk to without having to worry about there spouce finding out.

I went to Lane Bryant this weekend. I got fitted for the RIGHT bra this time. I was so scared to go in there, because in my mind, that meant that I was past the weight "point of no return." Am I sad??

Ashley, I know I know!! I feel that way about "The dress Barn" I mean why in the heck would you name a clothing store for over weight people the dress"BARN" I don't care if they have cute clothes there or not I just wont shope there! I won't even go in. On the other hand I LOVE Lane Bryant!!!

I hear you Ash, I REFUSE to buy clothes at LB...

I am upset now, according to my supervisor, I used all my sick time (6 whooping days per year) so now I have to use unpaid time or vacation to cover for Thrusday that I was out.... I LOOOOVE the consideration, until she came here, we never had to account for sick time...:wtf:

Hi! Boss was here all morning. Now it lunchtime.

WE spent money this weekend. Had to buy a new grill so we went to sears.

We also bought a fake tree for Christmas. I have always put up a real tree and this year we went fake. OMG it was such a good deal. Its a 7.5 foot Bavarian Pine. The tree was $449 but we noticed a stand that had sale coupons for the tree to be $224. The Manager said that wasn't really supposed to be published but he had to give it to us for tha price since it was out there in public view AND we saved 10% for using our Sears card. Wooo Hoo!
