Yeah, I'm back in our condo! The ash isn't really that bad right now since we have had our foggy marine layer coming in the last two days. Which is both a positive for the fire but a negative since the firemen are having trouble starting their backfires so the fire doesn't spread more. If it isn't one thing it's bound to be another right?
Now I just have to check our fridge and freezer and see if anything spoiled - we have power outages daily! most of the time around 7 pm so you have to have your dinner ready because it's out for about 3-4 hours during the evening.

Sarah - bummer about your DH's work and boss, I would be ticked off also
Claudia - glad your DH is considering counseling - it's a good avenue to bring in a neutral third party.
Kelly - Go buy a carseat, keep all the packaging and then return it, better to have baby safe and secure than deal with the hassle of carrying it like a laundry basket. You can be shady we won't tell.

I really thought I this was it this morning. Woke at 2am with the awesome contractions, timeable, nothing I did changed them and they were hurting. BTW, walking up and down the driveway at 2:30am, you see some interesting stuff!

Anyway, they continued until about noon. I was just waiting for something else to happen before going in, but they died. I'm back to the same ones I've had all week.

Sooooo, we go in at 6am (why so dang early????) and I'm just hoping that this crazy week has atleast progressed me to something more than a 2 (where I was Monday).

Thanks guys. He's actually been in a nursing home with my grandma and he was just very unhappy there. Totally hated it, so I think that may have had something to do it. It was just very surprising news because out of the 2 of them, my grammy is the sicker (she has pretty severe dementia)

My sister called me at 6:00 this morning with the news. I was super shocked and couldn't sleep so I called Chris just to tell him and he came over right away. I wasn't expecting that from him, but he's been pretty great about everything and will be going with me to the funeral and rosary. I feel really bad for my dad though because he had to have emergency surgery last night to remove a kidney stone that was too big to pass! Then this the very next day. :( Thank goodness he comes home this afternoon. Geez!

ugh i was super stressed and irritated last night because i feel like i have such little help with anything around the house..dh ended up working all weekend to get more hours adn train for that other positin and when he got done with work he ended up going to a movie with a friend and than coming home to sleep..which usualy i dont care about but i was so overwhelmed with feeling like i had no help i was very short with im and didnt say much told him i just feel overwhelmed and was worn out..so he goes up to bed and lucea was saying where is daddy so i said (probubly not smart since he was tired) go find him he is upstairs..and i start to do laundry well i guess he got pissed and comes down stairs and just flipps out and yells right in front of the kids..going on about he needs to sleep worked all weekend, maybe he should just get a hotel room, and on and on..all the while i am sayin "dont do this in front of the kids do not tell at me in front of the kids" finally when his rant is over he went back upstairs..i sat and cried and played with the kids and slept in cys room :( i hate when he gets like that..im sorry im having a ****ty day and im crabby but why yell at me ya know..and in front of the kids i hate that more than anything..

ugh he just called HA! while i was typing this and said he was sorry for flippin out he was tired..i said yeah i should have just left the house whatever..i cant be nice right now..

i just want more help a bit more help without having to ask for it all the time.
