Yikes Lynn!! My sister went through a period like this when she was 16. My parents took off her bedroom door and then put an alarm on all our windows and sliding glass doors, front door, etc....and then they made her come to work in our restaurant washing dishes. It was a scary time for our family. She was making such rash decisions and poor choices.

What did she say when you took her phone away? Is this a new boyfriend, or the ex from Orlando?

The Avon stuff really works for Morgan unless she swims to long and then it kind of wears off a little bit. I tried the off spray that is supposed to be like a powder and it about made both of us gag I could taste it in my mouth just from spraying it on her. It worked GREAT but I wouldn't use it again because of that,

Ok, I decided I need to spend some more quality time with my kids in the afternoon, so yesterday we got home and went outside to play with bubbles.... I wish DH would have join to take pictures, the kids were having a blast!! but I was the bubble blower, so no time to take pictures :(

Dh has been in a horrible mood lately, I am so done with him... and I am wondering if Dani is picking on him, because she became the Tantrum Queen this week :truce:. We had another meltdown this morning, she didn't wanted to get up, and told me not to go to work... so I got Chris ready and left her in her bed... then I went to her, held her and told her "I am sorry Dani, Mami has to go to work... Mami wishes she could stay home with you, but she cannot".... tears streaming down.... so she hugged me and allowed me to get her dressed (she picked her clothes).

Ugh Lynn you did not taek a wrong turn we alld id stupid things as young adults..and 17 is such a hard age she is so close to 18 ya know..good she apologized but yeah no go on the being off the hook.

Dh is fine doing chemo still every three months..still have over a year of the treatments left..they can only do liek 12 treatments is all because it is such a strain on the body..

But then again if my DH was the one taking the BC he would forget far more than I do currently - he can remember any odd historical date or fact but he can forget things I ask him to do in a matter of minutes.
I don't know how many times he has forgotten to take his lunch (it's even prepared the night before) or when he forgets to take the milk in from the car after grocery shopping.

I just love Thursday's at work - our company provides us breakfast goodies.
Today it was doughnuts, bagels with cream cheeses, granola bars, muffins, strawberries, blackberries, banannas, oranges, apples, watermelon and papaya. You should see the spread in the breakroom.

Tuesday's aren't bad either as our different departments rotate providing a small hot breakfast feast down the hall.

My cube neighbor is in heaven right now cuz he is tired of eating PB&J for the last week. He commutes and the Gas prices are taking a toll on his finances.

Lynn - I didn't know you were a fellow shorty! I'm 4'10 1/2 and totally agree it's hard gaining the weight while pregnant and then trying to loose it as well in a healthy way too. Now that DD is a year old I figured I should probably start loosing the baby weight I put on.
I have a hard time because I don't like to exercise alone, I need a support system. So I am back to working out three times a week and just keep telling myself it's all for my DD, so I can have the energy to keep up with her.

I was in the 170s after I had lex, but then I used the stinkin' patch and shot up 24 pounds. I can't get it off without just starving myself. I'm hanging at 190-194.

I'm just wanting to have number 2 so bad, and it's getting to me. But then I think of Lex. He's not ready to be a big brother yet, and I don't want to take away from him.

Candice - I love the Comet Powder too! but DH bought the other kind recently so I can't get the Comet in a can till it's used up. I grew up with Comet in a can, I like the smell and I like getting my sink all sparkly clean.
DH always forgets to scour the sink after putting the dishes in the dishwasher at night, that and cleaning the countertops too.

I think I'm to anal about my kitchen being clean - but I just cannot cook in a dirty, crumb speckled kitchen.

Oh and when I get upset/mad I go and clean my kitchen and refridgerator and it makes me feel better.

The only perk I have at work is that my supervisor is so oblivion, she doesn't know/care if I get here early or late..... same when I leave, and they are OK with us taking time off for medical appointments without having to use my personal time... Everything else SUCKS!!

Ok, way tmi, but here goes.

So today is day 5 of AF. Yep, she came on Sunday monring. Earlier today she was really slowing down like nothing on a tampon and almost hurt/dry when you pull it out...(that was the tmi part, but there's more) so I just go to the bathroom and my underwear are soaked in blood! WTF? (I've been asking that a lot today).

He told me he wants to change my pills to Orthotricyclin and gave me an anti inflammatory to take for 10 days for the breast pain.He said that it's not bad, but he wants lighter periods, no spotting, and less pain. I've been slow to take nursery pics because it's completely done but one thing. Tara has a good friend who is going to come up and paint a small mural on the wall behind the crib. Other than that, the room is pretty well done and looks great. I said something about posting pics and she was just mortified that I would do that without it completely "finished". Tara is Miss HGTV 2008 and decorating is her big thing. I'll see if I can post some shots just in here so I don't get into trouble......

The night before we leave I ask Lynnette have you printed a map? She says no not yet but I will print one. So I think nothing more about a map. Mistake 2 LOL (First one was me not insisting on driving) LOL
So we drive to Tulsa talking and having a good ol time and as soon as we hit Tulsa you can see it all over Lynnette's face she is starting to panic a little. So I grab what I think is a map only to find its word directions and a printed map that shoes no streets just a dark line that shows where Tulsa is. Oi! So I am telling We are counting down the roads to find 6C. She does great but has a death grip on the stiring wheel. We get just a little lost but find the PAC really easy but we are 2 hours early. I suggest we go looking for some thing to do. Sigh... Mistake 3! One way streets (and there are lots of them in Tulsa) freak her out. So we go back and she almost misses the parking lot but waves a guy around us and we get in and park. We sit in the car becasue we are WAY early. As soon as we park and she turns off the car she starts to panic about how are we going to get out of here! http://x.myspace.com/images/blog/smileys/amused.gif I am like Lynnette don't worry about it right now.
We laugh and keep on talking when a car pulls up beside us and two people get out and they are also going to the phantom and the guy has on a wife beater! Um... here we are dressed to the 9's and this guy is going in like that! To make it even worse... he had a bush of arm pit hair like I had never seen before!http://x.myspace.com/images/blog/smileys/dirty.gif I am telling you it had to have stuck out 3 inches in all directions!!!
We go in and stand and stand and stand waiting for the the opera to start. It starts and we get in. The opera was GREAT! I so want to go back and take my mom and dad some time I think they would love it! I was in tears in the first half of the play! Ah... for a man to hold me in his arms like the Phantom did sigh...
Afterward we went to On the Border for dinner I wanted J. Alexanders but stupid Tulsa didn't have one!http://x.myspace.com/images/blog/smileys/devious.gif But the dinner at on the Border was GREAT! I love that place and never get to eat there so it was all good!
After we eat, being the brave sole that I am I say what the heck lets go right across the street to the mall. We did and made it across the street with not problem. We saw a "Smart Car" in the parking lot and I so think Lynnette needs to get one so I can live through her. LOL We shop until my feet feel like they are going to fall off. That didn't take to long because I had on my sexy high heels and though they look good they are not made for shopping. Lynnette buys freaky make up and purple hair extentions! OH,,, and one must not forget peacock feather ear rings! LOL Sorry Lisa she is a grown woman and I can't tell her no. LOL
I would try to explain what happend next as we were leaving but... I would just get you as lost in your mind as we were! Lets just say we kept taking one wrong turn after another! It took us forever and a day to get out of Tulsa. Thanks to Lynnettes Mom we did make it out! Lord knows if she hadn't been home and pulled up a map and told us how to get out of there we might still be wondering the ghetto!
All seems good and we are on our way home when the road "Y's" well... you guessed it we went left and should have went right! OH WAIT back up!!! I forgot to tell you about Lynnettes fear of the toll booth!!! OK so on the way into Tulsa she puts one coin at a time into the little change thing. Clink Clink clink cars stacking up behind us. LOL Then when we finally get on the right road for home she in a huge hurry starts to dig in her purse!!! She keeps handing me change for the toll both so for an hour I am stuck hold change in my hand for the toll both! Now back to us going right when we should have gone left....Remember I am still holding all this change in my hand. LOL So we get on this old road that winds around like the road in Pee Wees big adventure and I am thinking GREAT!!!! I am going to get car sick out here where the spooks are! We keep looking for a sign to tell us where we are but all we find are signs that say Cemetary (like 3 in a row!) Ugh! So then I start talking about the movie "Wrong Turn" and Lynnette quickly tells me thats enough! LOL We find a run down gas station and Lynnette goes in and ask for directions! Ugh! I should have gone in Why did I let her go?? LOL So she comes out and says we have to got like this _____________. Sounds good except....she didn't do that and had to turn around becuase yet again we were lost! We finally got back on the main road and found the toll booth and I was able to stop holding the coins! LOL
Side note here: I had left Morgan with my mom and told her we would be back around 7 ish. Um.... its now like 9:30 and we are just now passing the toll booth! LOL
After that we found our way home without any other side trips. By the time I got home my I'll be home by 7 had turned into 11:30.
It was gobs of fun and I would so do it again! (only I think I'll drive lol) Lynnette thanks for the adventure! But went we go to Branson I think I'll drive if its OK with you!.

Hey everyone! Had a funky weekend over here. DH dropped the D word again and even said he had contacted a lawyer to see how much everything would cost. :( Yeah, so that sent me into a bit of a depression. Thanks Ashley for being there for me! I texted her and she sent me some very kind and reassuring words. So, I guess he's going to proceed with everything, it's just a matter of when he'll have the extra $$ to do so. Sucks.

Ok that is one thing that ticks me off about my guy/girl about a thing. She says the same that I need to make time (one on one time) with each of the members of my family. Ummm helllo? WHEN?
