if the merengue is strong enought (not shiny) you can do any shapes above film or zip bag and just leave it outside the fridge (inside fridge once you take them out the sweat and gets sticky and paints melts) so you dry them up and once you take the cake out, just place them above :wink:

My Junior Forum reception went well. Met lots of ladies. Took pictures. Blech. I don't know why we were there for the business meeting. New, new ladies (23 of us) couldn't vote, sign up for anything, etc. But we did get to see a very weird painting of a chinese man, a blonde woman and foreplay. Weird-o.

I was ready to tell DH how I REALLY feel about me taking all the responsabilities, and then he offered to stay home and work from there on the 15 (actually the surgery is changed to the 17), so I will come work 8-12 and he will be working from home and caring for the kids, then I will take over in the afternoon.... works for me!! :gome:

I also realized yesterday that either I am going insane, or I am giving this job frustration a little too much importance... I have to pretend that everything is fine and dandy here, so when I get home I am grumpy and I just snap at the kids:boohoo::ohno:... they have no fault on the crap that happens at work, so I am trying really hard to let things go in here, and just enjoy my family... Chris was :sniffle: yesterday, all he wanted was to be held by mami.... UGH!! I suck as a mom and a wife, so that has to stop!!

I am going to send my resume to other banks and see what happens.... and then I am just going to let things go at work... try not to get upset or worked up because I am ruining my family.... work cannot be more important than my little ones!!! :pace:

Hi ladies. I'm just still so sad over Drake and I think I'll be off APA for a few days. Everytime something like this happens it just really hits me hard. Being on here sometimes is a comfort but sometimes it's something else.....ya know?

We took Zack to the dr and thank goodness it's not an ear infection. I'm so glad the tubes seem to be working. The fever was caused by a sore throat and we just have to let it run it's course. The worst part was that the nightmare was recurring. Ohmygoodness.

Oh, Clau, the nurse asked dh to rate his pain, and he said,"Let me put it to you this way. I stepped on a nail that went into my foot 1 1/2 inches. It didn't hurt. THIS hurts." She kind of panicked after that.

So I survived day 1 of the new me and I feel pretty good about it. Dani was less bratty, she was OK when I told her she couldn't do something, and Chris was less weepy (he was just tired), I am AMAZED how much impact my mood has on them.... besides I am having a BLAST making fun of the people at work.

Chris' party is next week and we haven't bought any presents :shame::shocker: so this weekend is SHOPPING WEEKEND. I also have to make the template for the cake... I am excited!!
