I wasn't on line yesterday but Happy Birthday Bel!

So Pam you are already gone...but where at the top 10 places to meet men???

I can't remember all of them now but some where

1)Hardware store (I would feel so stupid walking up and down looking for a guy with no ring on his finger  )

2) Dog park (we don't have one)

3) Book store (may try it but I would never have the guts to walk up to a guy so he will have to come to me)

4) Bar (I don't like the smoke LOL)

5) church (holding a singles party at my house for our church on Feb 16th

6) online dating (all the guys in my area that are on line are icky! or want some one who is thin :( )

I can't remember the rest! The list you made sounds nice if it were not for the fact that my EX husband is in Prison and though I believe in Reduce, Reuse Recycle I don't think that applys to men. LOL

Girls I let myself have one meal a week were I eat and don't look at the calories but just eat what I want. I had that meal yesterday I am sure it put me over calories but a zillion and now i feel so much guilt its not even funny! I have to lose this weight or I will NEVER find love!

I am feeling so mad at myself today!

My mom is as excited as we are.... she found this place by mistake when she googled me (looking for the kids' website) and read couple of my posts (she doesn't do English well) and thought it was awesome. I told her about Allison's baby and she cried with me, and she think it is the coolest thing that I have friends here... gotta love my mom!!!

I say the more, the merrier. And I am glad the weather will be on the 70, it should be very pleasant!!

Dh is being a poop head... I told him we are getting together for dinner and he went :? , so I said "I will drop you in a restaurant and then pick you up if you want"... he is sooooo not going to ruin this one!!!

I have the cramps from h*ll... stupid AF.......

Pam - Don't beat yourself up over it. You have to shake up your caloric input every now and then or you body will get used to living on what you are giving it and slow down your metabloism. Move forward from here and don't look back!

I read Allison's post about the day she found Ethan with my son Tyler (he is my heart and sensitive child) He and I cried together while reading it.

PLEASE DON'T!!!! one day is OK, you are doing awesome during the week, it is not going to kill you to go crazy one day, ok.
And you don't need to be thin to find love!! if the man you meet only cares how you look on the outside, HE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Let me just tell you that she was a big sh!t nicley packed in wrapping paper. He said: I know now I am not looking for a pretty woman only, I am looking for somebody that is pretty in the inside out. and you are both, prettier in the inside and prettier in the outside and that's the reason why she hates you

my problem with the weekend is Sunday. I love going to dinner with my parents after church. My dad always picks the place and yesterday for lunch he pick Itilian and I had Cheese on top of cheese on top of some more cheese and then fried. It was one of the few things on the menu that didn't have meat. Then after night church for dinner he picked A&W Oh my gosh! there was nothing 1/2 way healthy there! I got a small order of Onion rings and picked out the onion's and just ate the rings. I sucked yesterday! I have taken all the junk out of the house so I know on Saturdays I am fine. Its the stink'n sundays that kill me!

My family used to say that to me to. If you stop looking he will come. Well.. I did that for about a year and they saw that "not" looking I wasn't going to find a soul. If all I do is work and clean my house I am never going to meet a guy or make new friends. So I think part of me has to look a little.

Girls can my day get any better? Ugh! I just called our local childupport office to find out how much Grant was behind in Child support and they told me I didn't "hire" them to take care of that for me! Why should I have to hire them? And I thought Morgan had a case because the 2 times Grant did pay he paid them and then the check came to me! This means all this time Grants been in prison and will be in prison I will have no way of getting that money! I asked them how the expected me to hire them when he was only ordered to pay 40 dollars a week in the first place.  I am so mad! I feel as if the system is screwing me.

I have total internet access for you Pam

Also if he was paying CS thru CS enforcement and if he then gave you the money to you while on CS enforcement, he could have gone to them and say that he made an arrangement with you and he will not longer pay thru them.

I have seen lots of cases like this and the yes, you will NEED TO HIRE them again. And go thru court, etc.

And for $40 a week I wouldn't sweat it, if you can afford it, let it accrue and then when he owes you lots of money go back and chew his ass, it will be more painful for him that way

Mom: Me too, something is on my mind.

I like the weekend after, but my mom's sisters are coming down 1-26 and leaving 2-2, so we're still sorting out the dates. But it will happen one of those 2 days....

User Name
Pass word
Enter

Then the program you want (ups)

Then lbue tab i tab pscl enter and then from there it really gets crazy!

Why do they have to make those programs so hard?

Arkansas Child Support
This office falls under the jurisdiction of the Division of Revenue, within the Department of Finance and Administration. The OCSE can help you establish paternity, locate your child’s other parent, apply for and enforce child support orders, and collect and disburse child support payments.

Applying For Child Support Services
If you are currently receiving state assistance, such as Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) or Foster Care, you will automatically be referred to the OCSE for child support services. In fact, if you do receive state or federal assistance, you are required to cooperate in establishing paternity and collecting child support. These payments are then used to offset your public assistance benefits.

But you do not have to receive public assistance in order to obtain services from OCSE. These services are available to any parent or legal guardian who is interested in child support. You just need to complete and submit a written application through the Department of Human Services.

Applications can be obtained from your local OCSE office, or by calling 501-682-8398. Families who do not receive public assistance must pay a $25 nonrefundable fee in order to process this application and open your case.

In addition, the OCSE office aims to recover at least part of the actual costs of services that it provides to clients that are not in the TEA or Medicaid programs. This includes the cost of legal work done by OCSE attorneys, costs of establishing paternity, and costs of locating a non-custodial parent. Depending upon the case, the costs may be collected from the non-custodial parent or deducted from the child support payment before it is sent to the payee. For more information about the costs of OCSE services, check out the following websites:

For Custodial Parents:
2005CPApp_000.pdf

For Non-Custodial Parents:
2005NCPApp_000.pdf

In filling out the application for child support services, be prepared to provide the following information:

1. The non-custodial parent’s full name, address, employer, and Social Security number

2. Information about the non-custodial parent’s income and assets

3. Birth certificate(s) of the child(ren)

4. Your child support order, divorce decree, or separation agreement if you have one

5. Records of any previously paid child support

If you need a Lawyer? LegalMatch allows you to present your case, and respond only to lawyers who want to help you. It's Free & Confidential. Find a Child Support Lawyer Now.

Calculating Arkansas Child Support
The court will determine the amount of child support to be paid based on the needs of the child and the custodial and financial status of each parent. The amount of child support is determined using the Arkansas Supreme Court guidelines that are available at: Arkansas Child Support Judiciary

Enforcing Arkansas Child Support Orders
State and federal child support laws provide a number of tools and methods that the Arkansas OCSE can use to collect child support and enforce child support orders. The primary method of collecting child support is income withholding, whereby the child support payments are deducted from the non-custodial parent’s paycheck. OCSE can also file property liens; deduct child support from unemployment compensation or worker’s compensation; report child support debts to credit bureaus; suspend driver's, recreational, or professional licenses; seize vehicles or personal property for sale at public auction; intercept income tax refunds or lottery winnings; prepare your case for court action; and petition another state for assistance when needed.

Collecting and Distributing Arkansas Child Support Payments
Arkansas now requires that all new or modified child support orders mandate the use of income withholding as the method of payment. However, if there is "good cause," the court may make an exception to this rule. To qualify for this exception, you must prove that income withholding would not be in the best interest of your child and that you have made all of your previous payments on time.

Once child support payments are made to the OCSE, they are typically processed on the same day that they are received and credited to the appropriate account the following business day.

Getting Information About Your Arkansas Child Support Case
Custodial parents can obtain information about child support payments from the OCSE’s toll free automated voice response service at (800)-264-2445 or online at: Child Support Services And either parent can also call, write or email his or her local OCSE caseworker for more information. If you don’t know who your caseworker is, you can call the OCSE Central Office Customer Service at 501-371-5349 or 877-731-3071 and they will direct you to the appropriate caseworker for your case.

Either parent can get help to have a child support order reviewed at least every three years, or whenever there is a substantial change in circumstances, to ensure that the order remains fair.

Reviewing and Modifying Arkansas Child Support Orders
From time to time, a support order may need to be modified due to a change in circumstances or terminated when the child no longer needs support. OCSE can assist with these procedures. If you have a case managed by OCSE, you should request a review in writing to the child support office that you normally contact for assistance. If you do not have a case with OCSE, you will need to consult with the court or a private attorney, or apply for services with OCSE.

Arkansas Child Support Evaders
The Arkansas OCSE office maintains a website at: Arkansas' Child Support Evadersto identify individuals that have not made a child support payment in at least six months, and owe at least $5,000 in child support arrears. In each case, child support arrest warrants have been issued for the arrest of the offending individual. If you information about any of the people on this website, you are asked to contact the Arkansas Office of Child Support Enforcement at 1-877-731-3071. Enforcing Child Support

Making Child Support Payments
Payments may be made in the following ways:

By Post:
Arkansas Child Support Clearinghouse
PO Box 8124
Little Rock, AR 72203

By Western Union:
If paying by Western Union, you will need to provide the following information:

1. Pay To: Arkansas Child Support Enforcement

2. Code City: ARCHILD

3. State: AR

4. Account Info: Enter 9-digit case number in the account number field. Enter your Social Security number on the attention line.

-------------

okay so maybe im reading this wrong but it seems he should be paying them and they pay you anyway and it looks like its a one time 25 fee to have a case opened with them if you want them to investigate?

Pam, Ralph sounds like a nice man and he is handsome. I like the fact that he is OK with kids and that he didn't got picky on his options.
I hope at least you can meet him for coffee, he is handsome!! :vibes:

Jenny, yay for the conversation with your mom. My mom told me once "A mom would always do whatever needed for her child".... I understand that now that I am a mom.... they are there for us, we just need to ask for help (see, mine is here for a month to care for my children, no questions asked except when do you need me there?) AWESOME!!!

Ash, I wish I could bake and decorate cakes... I would love to have a party planning business, where you offer matching cakes as well!

Hey! I hate days where I have to actually work.

Okay, here's the update so far.....

Called the hotel we are staying at (lynn and I) and they have meeting rooms that sound perfect. They normally rent them out but the clerk is calling the manager to see if we can have it for free since we are guest of the hotel and it's only for a few hours on an evening. I told him we would need it from 5-7pm??? I'm waiting on him to call me back.

If that doesn't work, we'll go to Plan B. (off to think of plan B)

Katelyn is getting worse and worse. Before I could drop her at my moms, spend a few with her and leave for work and she happily waved good-bye. Now she cries there too. I hate it. Anyway, she is doing it with DH. Like if I have to go to the bathroom or in to take a shower or something, he will pick her up when she starts to cry but she wants no part of it. Last night she didn't even want him to help her with her water glass. I had to put my hand on his so that we were BOTH doing it or she wouldn't drink.

Now the question: Do I let her carry on and just have DH help her, or should I just do it myself so she is happy and content? I hate seeing her cry if I know I can calm my baby, but its starting to hurt DH's feelings.

So, I was bored and thought "hmmm...if I was single what would my pickings be like?" OMG...the first one I clicked on said Looking for my SOLE mate. So he either wants to treat her like the bottom of a shoe, or eat her like a fish  I decided I wasn't "that" bored.

I know that, right?? My friends at my other office made a copy of her profile and post it on the board, lol

Also, she wrote that she was a college graduate and DH said that she only went one semester at KSU, lol

She also said that she was Latin since her mom was born in the British Guyana, somebody give her a map, please!! And she is not even an US American to excuse her that she can't look up countries on a map, lol

Pam, I am sure he will reply soon :D

You're welcome Claudia!

Morning ladies!

Aaaw, Cy's a big boy! It won't be that bad Sarah.

Nice profile, Pam! Good job.

We're home for today and Friday. Lex has his 15 month check up, complete with shots this morning. I took off half a day, with the notion that I may take off the whole, depending on how Lex does. Should I go on in to work? I don't know. I have to call the preschool and let them know if Lex will be back or not. I hate it when my conscience (sp??) moves in sometimes...

Stay home and enjoy your little one Ash.
Bel, sorry about the party and the screwed up plans :?

Sarah, party sounds good, pinatas are messy, you can do without.

My balloon fiasco... I went to the supermarket to get my balloons for yesterday... I got the balloons but they didn't had hellium!! so I went to CVS and asked them for help, they charged me $8 to fill the balloons, OK fine I paid... their hellium thingy wasn't working!! by that time it is getting dark and I am almost in tears because no balloons....
So I am leaving early today, go to the party store, get the balloons and send them out.... I am frustrated as h#ll

Oh and DH is giving me the silent treatment because I made a comment about him spending too much in his helicopter, and he got offended. I am so tired of walking on eggshells every time, because he is easily offended........
But then I told him that someone here said I was very supportive and non judgemental, and he laughed and he said "are you for real? you non judgemental???"........ OK, I criticize the way people dress, but I don't make judgement calls on their lives because of that.... so yeah, I am thrilled with DH this week...... and THEN he gets upset because I don't wan to BD with him.... HELLO AF IS HERE ??????

Edited to correct my horrible spelling

Aaaw, Claudia, I'm so sorry! I had a rough day yesterday, so we're doing balloons right after nap today.

I'm going to do it. I'll call the school and work later to let them know.

Morning ladies.

Sorry about the plans, Bel :(

And Claudia....you are one of the MOST supportive non-judgemental mama I've ever had the fortunate opportunity to meet :) Your dh needs a big wake up call.

Sarah, the party sounds so fun. I wish we lived closer.

It's cold here this morning. We're all still in our PJ's and I have a fire going in the fireplace :) Though I think we'll try to get out around 11am for a walk up to the clubhouse park :)

LOL I will talk to him and ask him some questions. I can't help but be a little disapointed that ol' Ralph didn't write. Oh, well back to the drawing board. I agree with Jenny..... maybe his son needed him so he couldn't type a response, so he is working on that... or the phone rang.
We will be your cheerleaders Pam, believe me!!! we know you and we know how much you have to offer!!!

It is COLD here too!!! my house was frozen, I put the heater on but apparently I messed up. Kids started making noise around 6, so I went in and covered them with the warm blankets (why can't they keep the blankets on) and turned the heat on... house was 68*.... my poor mom was freezing to, But at least kiddos were alseep when I left!!

So all this Ralph talk made me think about what would I look for in the remote case I was single and looking for a man, and I came to the realization that yes I need to be attracted to him, but the values are by far more important than the outside.... I would like someone who shares my family values, who likes to do things I like, and who is willing to be a real partner, not just a roomate with benefits

Chris has a Dr's appointment today (9 months  ) I am curious to see how big and heavy he is!!

Aww Pam, you are just going to expose how bad mom I am..... I don't remember!!
I don't think she did... wait!! I have a paper in my purse...... nope, no shots

Ok, so I have been doing a lot of thinking about my marriage... I am going to talk to DH again, and just put an ultimatum.... I am tired of talking, things being great for 1 week, and then we go back to theI-don't-help-at-home-but-I-still-demand-sex-from-you, and I am honestly tired of that...... I am going to work on a letter for him, letting him know exactly how I feel, and see what happens..... and tell him that he needs to make a little effort to make things work, because he always expects me to be the one taking the first step, I have to give in on sex so he will be happy and THEN he will be a fairly decent Daddy... well I am tired of everything being MY responsability (taken or given) and if he is not willing to make an effort, then there is no point in keeping this farse of a marriage :(

Pam, eeewww, that guy has youn kids so he may be recently divorced or just separated, eekkk. Pass him out :yuck:

Claudia, when I found out about DH cheating on me, I left a note on the TV saying:

YOU CHOOSE:

1. MARRIAGE COUNSELING (WILL BE YOUR JOB TO FIND ONE AND SCHEDULE THE APPT.)

2. PRETEND NOTHING HAPPENED AND LET ME GET A NEW MEN WITH YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

3. DIVORCE AND ME LEAVING YOU ON THE STREET AFTER I TAKE THE OTHER 20% OF YOUR SALARY, THE HOUSE, THE CARS, 20% OF YOUR PENSION PLAN, THE EQUITY, THE HOUSE IN PERU, ETC.

PS: LET ME KNOW BY 5PM

And you know how things worked out for us :D fortunetely, everything worked out fine for us. Maybe your DH needs a kick in the balls like the one I gave my DH to make him realize of what he was losing.

Do you all remember when a baby died at Morgans Day care (while in the care of the daycare lady) of SIDS?

The mother of that baby just called me! They adopted another little baby this time a boy and you could just hear in her voice how happy she is. Yet you could also tell that having this new little baby in her home is bringing back a lot of memories. Keep her in her prayers.

Yes, he actually did, he called me at work and gave me the address for the marriage counselor, we went to therapy for about 2 months and after venting away we felt much better and things worked out fine for us, he does aggravate me from time to time, but the things that bothered u the most are not there anymore, like:

Lack of sex and too long sex (a quicky is like 30 mins for DH  boooooring!!)

Not let the evil get on our nerves or kiss her arse

not let SD play mind games with us.

basically the counselor said that most of our problems had a root on the evil and SD's manipulative skills, Thank God! A THIRD PERSON told DH this, that was a total awakening for him!!

Yep, I don't say her name, we never say her name in this house, not even MIL or SILs say it, lol. We all call her The Evil and our counselor called her a Terrorist  , because she comes, hurts and leaves :?

I worked overtime today!! I was soo lucky traffic wasn't that bad.

You know what?? I remember the counselor telling us, how are we supossed to know what is wrong if we don't speak out? Sometimes we just keep thing to ourselves and then is when teh problem really begins, you start building this resentment (sp) torse your spouse.

But then there are the hard headed DHs that won't listen

No talk with DH, I need to be in the mood, and he was in his funk yet again... but he went to a hobby meeting, so it was just me and my mom and we talked a lot.
We also did the balloons, my mom almost cried when I explained her the balloon reason, and she helped me... will post pictures soon

Chris is healthy as a horse... 21lb 11 oz

Hey all! It's been a crazy few days, sorry I haven't been around. Yesterday, I got to use the gift Tara got me for Christmas (spa gift certificates). I had a super facial and a pedicure. I felt so great afterward!

Zack's first sentence was "bye bye Mama". We were going up to bed and he said that to Tara. He get's night night and bye bye mixed up...LOL!

I still don't know about the conf room at the hotel because the idiot never called me back so I'm going to bug them again this morning. I'll post about it later when I know something.

Sarah, totally call in sick. Everyone else has done it, so don't feel guilty. Technically, if you would have had the money you would have taken time off to go to the funeral and didn't, so call it a late bereavement day.

Morning! I'm back at work. It's so nasty outside... I had a bad day yesterday. Lex was super clingy and super tired. His allergies got worse, and he has to tak an antibiotic just in case his eyes aren't allergies. His insurance told us we're terminated for no reason. I have to call and work THAT out. And my bank was offline yesterday, so I had to take cash back to the dr's office. Ugh. Stupid bank. I want a new one.

That said, I'm so sorry Claudia. I hope things work out.
Way to go Ronin!
Any news, Pam?

I've taken off for no reason, Sarah. Not with this job, but I've played hookie. I wish I could with this one, bu tLex needs my time off more than I do.
