I am back..........
I went with the kids to burger king for dinner :oops: healthy I know... Dani eat so good!! she had a hamburger (without the bun) apple sauce and milk... both of them behaved so well, I was so proud.
Then we drove back and went through 2 subdivisions to see the Christmas lights, Dani was all excited yelling "lights!!!"... I had so much fun and reminded me how nice it is to spend time with the kids :vibes:

I am trying to get Dani to pee in the potty, but she is refusing... at least she sits on it, right?? she holds the pee until I get a diaper on her.... I know she is hating diapers, that is why I am trying!

Yesterday while I was stuck in traffic, I was trying to match you girls with cars, figure out what kind of car you drive.... so this is what I came with, tell me how off I am (and how much I am in need of a life!!!)

Yes, if I had children that could climb in themselves and totally buckle into their carseats, then I'd have the 3rd row in. BUT...since I don't and I don't have an extra door to get to the 3rd row, that means I'd have to climb in thru the back to buckle someone in.

AND....with the Excursion...when you put the carseats in, then the seats don't fold down, so you can't even get to the 3rd row unless you climb in thru the back. PITA!!!

A radio station here does in Christmas this thing to help people who had a hard year to have a better Christmas... I listened to the story this morning, a woman with 2 kids whose DH is disabled veteran and has cancer, she lost her job, so money is tight and all she wanted were toys for her children..... I choked and felt ashame of myself for complaing about the stupid things and for not being more grateful... I have a healthy family, we have secure jobs and we don't have to worry about money!

So...what a morning. We were supposed to go to Busch Gardens this morning. At 8:00isham, I'm in the shower with Ronin and I have my eyes closed rinsing the shampoo out of my hair and the kid climbs (I'm assuming climbs since I have my eyes closed) the side of the shower stall, grabs my razor and cuts the SH!T out of his pointer finger on his left hand. I immediately get us out of the shower and start to apply pressure to the cut and see that it's 2 cuts one right on top of the other and they look deep. I call dh at 8:23am and tell him what happened and he says okay, he's turning around and coming home. I call my friend at 8:45am and tell her no we're not going to BG. Dh gets home at 8:55am and takes Ronin up to the pediatric walk-in. He just called me. 4 stitches....2 for each cut. They also gave him something for the pain and dh said Ronin is sleeping in the car now and they should be home in the next 10 minutes.

My sister and her BFF and their husbands and kids all went together on a Disney cruise in February and she said it was AWESOME!!!!!!!

That was just our little group's activity. We don't have a company Christmas party b/c the company has quite a few employees. A lot of departments have Christmas parties but our dept. is about 1,000 people so they don't do one either. So it's up to each group if they want to do something. We figure it's easier to do a lunchtime activty than do something outside of work at this time of year.
