Hope everyone is having a better weekend than us. Zack is fine, but Tara and I have been puking and on the potty since late last night. Guess we have some kind of stomach bug. Thank God for my mother. I called her at 5am this morning and she came right over and took care of Zack and us all day long.

I got up yesterday, supposed to take C to a birthday party. Dizzy in the shower, so, no-go. Then, last night, I slept from midnight until 2 a.m. that is it. I couldn't even get my usual broken sleep in, so was a zombie at 8 this morning. DH did the grocery shopping I should have done, and took C with him (so he gets a couple of points). I was supposed to spend part of the day with a friend, but, oh, well... DH's since off on a side job for the last 4 hours. I tried napping when both LO's were, but couldn't fall to sleep. What is up with me? I am full of anxiety. Guess it's being over-tired, in general.

Stacey I hate that you and Tara are having to deal with all this BS. It just isn't fair. I hope everything turns out ok.

OH NO STACY how awful..i hope your both feeling better..YAY FOR MOMMIES!!!

weekend was so fun..met up with heather and the kids had a blast..they boys hit it off right away and had a blast..the DH;s talked and talked and talked abotu hunting...i wish i had more time to BS with heather but i chased lucea round so much at teh pool she never stopped.. :roll: but overall it was great..hopefully we are able to do it again soon..

DH and me are off tomarow to bank some sperm..its a 2 1/2 hour drive so we will have to be out of the house before 8:00..yuck..wish us..well him luck.. :lol:

Well, yesterday was MIL's 75th birthday AND our lunch with DH's EX wife. He was more stressed than I was. Although, when we had sex the night before and he had a hard time getting off, I was wondering if it was maybe cause of her, maybe just a coincidence, ya think? :wink: Anyway, she was very nice. No one you could get mad at or really dislike...cept her 80's hair style. Right out of a Whitesnake Rock video...I'm so evil.

I survived!!! YAY!! I slept 12 hours, now Im back to life again :D
These were some crazy exhausting days but so worthit! The congress people were amazed as how well organizated was everything and they had so much fun in the lunches, dinners, and one lunch in a 130 y/o hotel near a lake! we had dancers of paraguayan tipical dance and everything :D
My speach about forums went great, I got many many claps LOL

Stacy, Im sorry about the sickness and all about getting preggo! Hopefully you can work it out very soon! Good luck sweetie!

He said he said he will borrow his brother our baby monitor, itÂ´s like a baby call but it has lights and sounds so you can turn off the light and let the baby wa<tch the starts moon, etc dancing with a song until getting sleep and you can listen if he is slept or cryes, etc, I had a very hard time paying it, because was so expensive, and we havent used it so much. An as my momÂ´s hous eis so big we could use it anytime!! so i sayd NO! it was so expensive and we can still use it when santi is sleep or something. GO FIGURE HE DID IT ANYWAYS!!! yesterday I saw my MIL with it and she said "XXXis going to be so happy!" and I started fuming like wanting to kill someone thinking "of couse she will be happy having a brand new monitor without paying a penny!"

Girls I will try to play catch up later and read but Morgan has been uber sick! I spent the end of last week playing nurse to an upper resp. infection and strep she just kept crying ouch all week! Ugh! She is getting better now but the antibiotic has given her a bad yeast infection. :(

OK i have not had time to go back and read every thing every one has wrote while I was away but thought I would jump in with a question.

I don't feel like me any more!!! I feel like a mom and thats it. I just don't feel female. I have not excepted a date in about 4 months because like I told you all I just have not felt up to it. Now I am dieing to feel like me and feel sexy again. So here is my problem... I am thinking about taking Saturday off so do I .....

Take Morgan on a small over night trip and have GREAT family time

or do I

Spend that money on me and stay in town and Morgan and I go to have my hair done and nails done and run around town together?

Part of me wants to go out of town but the truth is (as bad as I know it sounds) I would love to take off for 24 hours all by myself!!!! I love MOrgan and we always have fun together I just need to feel like a woman not a mama only! I don't have any one to leave her with really so If I go out of town she will go with me and if I go and get dolled up and do some thing for me she will have to go with me. I don't know what to do I just know I want out of this slump!

Hey Bel!!! I'm here! Sorry, we were all sick this weekend so I couldn't get on. Tara and I had the worst of it thank goodness and it wasn't too bad for Zack. I did have to take him back yesterday to the dr and he still has a freakin ear infection. We are trying yet another antibiotic. UGH!!

Bel - don't divorce Oscar, just hold out and not give him any for a while to teach him a lesson LOL!!

Candice - so glad you got AF and your cycle is getting on track!

Pam - I hope you come up with a solution to get some "me" time, you deserve it!

Hey Bel things went well at matts appt, they talked to us about the storage and procedure..he handled his part rather quickly..at least i know its not just me he is quick with :lol: :lol: :lol: we went out afterwards and had a nice lunch just the two of us..than drove home again..picked up the kids early and spent the day hangin out..

i took monday off so i wasnt online for like three days :shock: OMG i am about havin withdrawals from ya BEL!!! :D

I havent talked to Cy at all about the chemo yet..i will explain it to him when the time comes..i dotn want him to worry..he knows abotu matts shots and watches him do those..so i will just have to explain that this could cause dad to be sick and loose hair OH WAIT MATT DOESNT HAVE ANY :lol: do they loose eyebrows and eyelashes? leg hair arm hair??

You sweeeet sweeet girl...DH was thrilled with the books..he will take them with for soemthing to read at chemo...if they had arrived a day earlier he could have taken them to the banking..lord knows he loves his hunting..and lucea dress was adorable..your so sweet..Dh said "tell her she doesnt need to do that" :roll: but he was very happy...so many thank yous..it was so nice to see a surprise after the long day we had yesterday..

So, I got bad news yesterday. I finally (after 2 weeks) got my blood results back from my OB. Well, the whole point of them taking blood was to be certain that I do in fact have PCOS. I definitely do, according to my blood, but I also had high liver levels which may mean that I have a fatty liver. :cry: I'm very upset about this. I have to get in with my primary Dr so he can do all his tests on me and then if he ok's it, I can start Metoformin. I'm just not sure what the repurcussions of a fatty liver are, and it kind of scares me. Plus, I just see that as another obstacle I have to get over before I can have another baby. I just see time moving so fast and by the time I do get PG, Chris is going to be 5 years old and they're going to be so far apart! :cry: I just always wanted a 2 year difference and we've passed that point and I'm just sad.

Bel, I never did the Christmas picture until I moved here, it is totally an american thing!!

Tracy, YES get on the pictures and get matching colors, not everybody has to be the same color, just make sure one is not darker, so there is harmony in the picture
I am doing other pictures with my parents and the kids.... they are THRILLED!!! (we did with Dani when she was 6 months and they came to visit)

Candice, I was also diagnosed with high liver activity, AKA Fatty liver. I was never diagnosed with PCOS, but your symptoms look familiar.... anyways, the metmorfin helped a lot to get PG! THERE IS HOPE HON!!!

We are much better. Tara and I got the worst of it and Zack got bypassed. He's still home with an ear infection, but that's about it. Bad diarrhea and diaper rash YUCK!

Doc just called...they got 4 viles and all are good to very good...YAY :D they did say they like to keep 7 viles but i told DH he doesnt have to do anymore..i know he wants to start chemo soon and its s 2 1/2 hour drive to the clinic so i think we are calling it good at 4 and moving on.. :D

now to just hear from the oncologist today with when we can start the chemo..DH hopes for friday morn which would work good for me..i could have the morning off with him..so now the wait on the doc call..wait wait wait ya knwo how that goes.. :lol:

OH yeah Candice i forgot YAY FOR AF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

So we are going this weekend to Busch Gardens.... God I hope the weather is nice, because it has been so warm it is not fun!!! I am sick and tired of sweating like a pig!!! :evil:

Hey girl! I'm feeling better, but Tara is still pukey pukey. Stupid dr is still waiting on the geneticists answer, probably by tomorrow and then he'll let us know his "final decision" JERK. Tara started on sunday, so the day to do the IUI would be next friday. I'm going to literally kill him if he says no and we miss an opportunity this month to get preggo.

Any news from Matt's oncologist for the chemo???

Tracy - thanks for asking about Zacky. He's such a sweet boy. Even when he has an ear infection, he just wants to love on his mama's. I miss him so much right now, I want to go get him from daycare. Hopefully, the anitibiotics are working, the diaper rash is almost gone and diarrhea to a minimum. It's so hard to tell with him if he's getting better because he never really acts like he's feeling bad. kwim?? He doesn't get fevers with his ear infections.

Candice - I'm fine. The diet place I go to said that being tired (sleepy tired0 all the time is a sign of low blood pressure. I know mine is naturally low, but they take it and they seem to think it is unusually low. I'm fine and NOT going to a doctor.

That being said... I too am 4'11". After DD was born I was weighing in at 212 and I mean that was a year after she was born. So after we got back from vacation (June 21 to be exact), DH and I both decided for our health and to be able to run and play with Katelyn we both needed to lose weight. 18 weeks later and I am down 43 lbs. DH is down 57...MEN!

My point is...its doable! You can do it!

Well, the waiting is over. Tara walked in the door and the idiot dr had called her on the way home from work. He said he wouldn't do it.

I'm pissed off but on the other hand, I'm actually relieved that we don't have to deal with him. Now, I'm going to call the new dr tomorrow and pray they can get us in asap for a consultation. Her insemination would have to be next friday so I'm hoping we can still do it this month.

Even though we didn't get the answer we were waiting on, at least the anxiety of the wait is over. Thanks for all of your support on this, it means alot to Tara and I. :D

Chris woke up 3:30 and wouldn't go back to sleep, and he woke Dani... so I brought him to my bed and he slept with me... I secretly love cosleeping :oops:

Welcome Kate. Sorry to hear about the bad reaction. Hope you are feeling better fast.

Today is a much brighter day. We got great news from the cryobank that there have been no new genetic issues with our donor and many more healthy children have been born since Zack with no problems! We also contacted a new Center for Reproductive Medicine and we have an appt on Tuesday. We are going to beg and plead with the dr to move quickly so we can do the IUI 3 days later to hopefully get preggo this month.

So what's everyone up to today??

Lynn and Tracy - I did not promise Zack to Lucea btw...Sarah just took him. LOL!!! He is still up for grabs to the highest bidder as I have a gummy bear problem and can easily be bought!

Tracy - Tara doesn't care either way about the gender but I really want another boy. I think it would be easier for Zack to have another male in the house to balance out the 2 moms. I will be thrilled with either, just can't imagine a girl since I have him now. We are going to try super hard to not find out the sex of the baby. We'll see which one of us caves first on that one!

Ugh...who the H**L knows??? I'm excited one day and petrified the next. We just got Zack on a great schedule with sleeping thru the night and no more bottles. Seems scary to start all over again with no sleep..kwim?? I'd love to have 3, but I just don't think that financially we need to do it. I don't want to have to scrape by and struggle with college and stuff. I know with 2 we could live comfortably and give the kids all they need. It's just so hard because I was the best pregnant person ever. Not a day of morn sickness or anything. It's the healthiest and happiest I've ever felt in my life. I'd be 41 or 42 by the time we'd get around to the 3rd one and I don't think I could let Tara carry the last 2. I'm already jealous about wanting to carry this next one myself. I think for #3, I'd want to be up again but I'd be too freakin old! LOL!

I am going to have about 6 inches cut off my hair That will bring it up to about the middle of my back. Right now its to the top of my butt. Also I had been growing out my bangs but hate the way it looks and I am going to have them re cut. Oh, and I am having my hair dyed nothing big just my natural color to cover up the gray.

Well, the lips are finally getting back to normal. Sort of. ;)

I'm Kate. I have been married to Joey for just over 6 years. We have a 4 year old son named Dominic James and an 18 month old daughter named Joclyn Erin.

I am a SAHM(since having DD), but I will be working 20 or so hours a week starting in Jan until April 15th. I was a public accountant in my former life. :) In the off season I work approx 10 hours a month. All this is in the evenings after dh gets home from work.

In June we moved to a bigger house in Bismarck, ND. We will finally be closing on our other house on Monday. 2 mortgage payments is a pain in the rear!!!

Hey Kate, I just wanted to say welcome again also and to say please ignore that crap that happened earlier in that other post. I PM'd the other new member and told her how sorry I was for the rude comment that was made to her. This board is for support and unfortunately, some people on here just don't get it. After you're on for a while, you'll get a feel for who to avoid and who you can call your friends. Anyway, I hope it doesn't discourage you from hanging around. I have made such awesome friends on here and gotten wonderful advice since joining when TTC.

Did you got the paste or a sauce?? if it is a sauce, you can add it to chicken, pork, meat or fish to marinate and to cook on it. It has a little bit of a sweet, smoky flavor. Do a search on yahoo.com.mx with ACHIOTE, there are couple of recepies that come up

Lynn did your DH talk to my DH??? Drew woke me at 3 to get sex. Of course he woke me with a nice long back rub and it led to other things. :lol: Katie was at my moms so it was nice to do the deed without worring I would wake her.

Pam I am glad you are able to do both. I want to see pics of the new haircut and of course of the weekend on Monday.

Ok so you know my dog issue..... my house dog does not like Katie and Katie LOVES the dog. Buffy is so spoiled and really is not a people dog, she gets along with kids over the age of 9 but has bite Katie int he face (you can see the scar on her right cheek. So the mutt has to go, no matter how much I love the dog I love my child more. And the dog is just jealous, I get it so was the baby now I have no time for her. So we have been trying to find a good home, someone with no kids and will love her as much as we do. Well no luck so I contacted a cocker spaniel shleter and they said to bring her Sat morning. I cried when i read my email and DH had a fit, saying no we would not give her up like that. So what do I do???? I told him he we had a house with a fenced in yard by Jan then fine because I can put Buffy out all day and not worry but if not I can not constantly monitor Katie and Buffy with a newborn. Katie tries everything to play with Buffy, she chases her, wants to hug her, shows her books and feeds her but since Katie does not know how to do these things she just ends up fretting the dog so the dog starts showing her teeth and If I am not right there then I do not know what will happen.

Tracy - I love animals but if our dog bit Zack in the face, he's be a dead dog really quickly. I'm sorry, but DH is going to have to get over it. You can't watch the dog every second around the new baby. The rescue society is a great idea or even go on craigslist and put it on there free to a good home. Good luck sweetie!

Bel - we see the new doctor on Tuesday at 1:15pm. We hope he agrees to do the IUI this month as it would only be 2-3 days later on thur or fri. Tara ovulates on day 11 or 12 and we are on day 5 right now. I so hope we don't have to skip this month!

Sarah, I completely get you on this one. After I got so pissed yesterday about the new members getting snubbed, I almost decided to leave. This thread is one of the things I look forward to everyday.

Otherwise, we're just cleaning our old house and trying to organize things at the new house. On the subject, of BDing...I totally got some this morning! :lol: DH and I both happened to wake up at 6:30 and then realized we could go back to sleep for 30 more minutes. But instead of sleeping... I love morning sex! Makes the day so GREAT!

We really have no plans this weekend. We have to go to the old house and get the cleaning supplies we left there and drop off keys, garage openers, and siding/roof warranties. I will probably go to church tomorrow evening and dh will go on Sunday morning. (J doesn't do well in church these days) Football on Sunday.

There is only one thing that I really, really miss now that we have kids(not that I would trade them for anything in the world) but it's the ability to bd wherever and whenever. Before kids we would come home from work and just do it on the living room floor. :) You all are getting to know me!! ;)

I was just reading this post, I lurk here when I've read all the other topics. Apparently I replied here at one point, but I have no idea what I said.
Anyway I want to say thanks for saying that (the sweetheart part). YOU almost made ME cry this time. LOL And thanks to the other ladies who replied and big hugs to all of you who are feeling the same way.
I catch up on you ladies once in a while--Stacy and Tara I am thinking of you, I hope I didn't offend you too much with what DH says about homosexuality. :roll: And I am really rooting for you to have another baby!
Dh has gone to bed so I am here. I tried to talk to him and it was like "I'll try to play with Josh more" but oh my goodness when it's like pulling teeth to get DH to play with his own son, I want to say nevermind, I'll find someone who *wants* to do it

Here the Wiggles are on the Disney channel in the morning. We don't usually watch that here. (Thank the good Lord) ;)

Morning all! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! It rained alot here, but we got a break yesterday which was good, because we had a 2 yr old bday party to go to outside. It was at a park and Zack loved it! The had so many cool playsets for his age group specifically. He was crawling thru tunnels and sliding down slides. He was worn out by 6:30 LOL!

How was the party??? I hope you had tons of fun

We had a wonderful weekend, went to Tampa and to Busch Gardens, weather was great, and no crowds... Dani loved the elephants and the monkeys, and Chris had a wonderful time too. We stayed overnight and DH and I had a chance to talk and I feel better about things.
The only :( part was that we were looking for this restaurant I LOVE, and they closed it forever... so no dinner there... but we had Ben & Jerry's :lol:

KateS, you are always welcome in this place!!! I am sorry things with DH are not progressing. I read your thread and I believe your DH is depressed and he needs help. I hope he can get it! (sounds like I did with PPD) **HUGS**

Wiggles... they don't freak me out, I just feel sorry for them... now the Doodlebops, those are TERRIBLE!!!
Good thing Dani likes Dora and Mickey Mouse :P

Bel - the doctors appt is tomorrow at 1:15. I'll give a full update after.

Claudia - Busch Gardens sounds like so much fun. Tara is really wanting to go there and take Zack to see the animals. The Wiggles concert is in mid Nov. Zack loves them because it's so much music.

Weather here today is rainy and yucky!! What are your kiddo's dressing up as for halloween?

Zack is going as Tigger. I wanted something more exciting, but he saw the costume and freaked out on me. He loves Winnie the Pooh and all the characters. Tara works in a assisted living facility and they are handing out candy, so we are going to take Zack there and let him flirt with all the elderly women! He loves attention! LOL!

morning everyone..I WORKED SO HARDS YESTERDAY on my kitchen..i painted the whole thing..it was all yucky white..i painted it the deep red and kinda a yellow cream collor..DH said it was bright :roll: NO..i had to tell him about Bels greeeen kitchen :D here is a picture..i even stayed up last night and made the curtains..

its monday BLAH..i made banana bread last night.YUMM it turned out so bood..i made DH roast and potatoes and corn adn than he sat on the couch to eat, out his plate on the ottoman and lucea climbs up and knocks the whole thing on the floor :shock: lets jsut say the DOG had a great supper :lol:

oh well yesterday was so nice out..in the 60's its only supposed ot be 45 here on halooween..we are so excited to trick or treat..

hey my GF emailed mea new story the other day where the moms had her i think she was 15 or 16 year olds daughter pierced downt here because she thought it would prevent her from having sex..make it painful for her :shock: she also made her shave her head to make her unattractice..CAN YOU IMAGINE what a nutcase..poor girl..

DH is feeling ok..i am really second guessing the port o cath..i dont think its necessary for teh infrequent amounts of treatment he will be having.. :( should i call his doc and talk to her about thei concern..i mean i can see if he is having chemo every day or week but every month - three months?? doesnt htat seem unnecessary.??

he sounded pretty worn out with the cold..for him its not just a cold ya know...it totaly wears him out..and drags him down.. :(

Oh, I took them!! They are funny! I took the no make up early moring face before picture and then after she was done I put my make up on and took a happy look at me picture. LOL Also had her take one with my hair all piled on top of my head with the color stuff on it. she said it looks like an elephant poo'ed on my head! :lol: I can't wait to show you all. I just have to go buy a new cord for my camera!

This weekend is the Fall festival at the park.... LOTS of crafts vendors, I LOVE IT!!! and we will eat corn dogs and lemonade :P . Weather should be nice and not so warm

Dh told me he will be doing a lot of travel next year... is it bad that I am happy about it????????????
