Holy snikes!!

What is this pain!? Its in my lower back on the left side. All night Ive been freaking that its kidney stones!! I have never had one befoer but this pain is weird and intense! Its not like a constant pain, its like a pulsating. Its so hard to explain. Anyone else experience this??

I pray it's nothing sweetie! Being small you should watch out for kidney stones though. My cousin is an itty bitty like you and gets them. Her tubes are smaller than the average person's, and smaller women metabolize calcium/minerals differently which is why more petite women get osteoporosis. She is a smoker though-that is a big risk factor you don't have.

I have had 4 kidney stone surgeries. I have had kidney stones more than 20 times. It's awful. It really has nothing to do with size. It has to do with how your body metabolizes calcium. I would suggest drinking a TON of lemonade. lemons work like acid rain in the kidneys to break down calcium stones. Also increase your fluid intake, reduce red meat to 3 times per week, reduce your sodium intake, and just stay on top of it. If the pain gets too bad, go in.

I have muscle spasms that I attribute to my sciatica, which gets worse during PG.
