View Full Version : Did anybody NOT have tender breasts?

I'm 5 and a half weeks pregnant and my breasts aren't sore at all! I know every pregnancy is different but my breasts were SO PAINFUL with my daughter. I have a lot of nausea and my beta was doubling earlier on but no other symptoms really (besides constipation, bloating and nausea).
Did anyone not have tender breasts in their pregnancy either? Did it end up being a healthy pregnancy? Or did your breasts start hurting later on? At what point?

My breasts didn't start to hurt until second trimester. Otherwise they were fine.

Mine are tender when DD nurses, but that's about it.
ETA: If I can remember correctly, with DD, I did have breast tenderness, but it didn't start till like 6 1/2 weeks.

Mine were only tender with the first pregnancy.

I swear to you I had hardly any symptoms with Jack at all. Maybe a little bit of queasiness in the morning. No boob pain that I recall.

Mine did not hurt at all with DS1, but with this LO, they started getting sore around 6.5 weeks and it only lasted 2 weeks and then went away completely and never returned.

I'll add another tick to the not tender side. I had some tenderness (a day maybe two) once or twice during my first trimester. I also had breast swelling come and go. DH got so tired of hearing me ask him to look at my boobs and see how big (or not) they were...

Mine didn't get tender until 6-7weeks. It was around that point that all of my symptoms really kicked in.

Hey you! Congrats! Nice to see you back.
Breast pain/ tenderness were not early symptoms of mine:)

I'm 9 weeks along and mine haven't been very tender at all, except my nipples are very sensitive when DS nurses. Your symptoms can also vary PG to PG, so a change in any one symptom is totally normal.

I was very tender with my first two pregnancies immediately and until birth (it was worse with my first pregnancy). With my third pregnancy I was not tender at all and we did have a heartbeat until sometime after 9 weeks. I don't think that lack of breast soreness had anything to do with the impending miscarriage.

This is my first pregnany so I have nothing to compare to but my bb's started getting tender on Thursday at just over 6 weeks. Boy, they didn't waste anytime going from normal to heavy and VERY tender.

I had ridiculously sore breasts with my first pregnancy... and none really with my 2nd!!
I worried too as my 1st was REALLY bad (had to wear a bra 24/7 etc) but just super sensitive (in a good way!! lol) for my 2nd :)

Hardly any with either DS or this pregnancy.
