Ok, so im due oct 21. I my last cycle start date was jan 14th. I o'ed the 30th or the 31st(I had massive cramping on the 30th) what day would I have conceived?

The 30th, 31st or the latest the 1st of Nov. An egg can last up to 24hours (they think).
