Is this normal?

I started getting it in my right hand 3-4 days ago and now my feet are doing it. I just called and put a message in with the nurse and have an appt. and an ultrasound on Thurs 3/22.

She asked if I was swollen at all, I am swelling a little because my wedding rings are tight but it's also been in the 70's and humid the last few days here and I related it to that. I've probably noticed the swelling in the last few weeks but it's gotten worse in the last few days.

I had it with both of my pregnancies. My doctor said it was a circulation thing that occurs with pregnancy. :dunno:

I have it to - my feet will go numb when I'm walking even. My dr didn't seem worried.

When I started swelling that would happen. Not fun.

Yep, Tee-ah, I had that also with just my right hand for a while during this pregnancy but it went away eventually. Doc said it was normal.

And I"ve had more swelling the past couple of days as well.... it's because our bodies know it's not supposed to be 70 here this time of year, lol!

I had it with my hands when I was pregnant with Olivia. Sometimes it would hurt and other times my fingers would go to sleep. It was worse in the summer when it was really hot.

Thanks ladies! I'm thinking it may be related to the heat and humidity we've had here (looking forward to the upcoming summer heat now..hahaha) the nurse wasn't able to get back to me with the MFM's thoughts but I didn't want to google and freak myself out finding something. I'm glad it's common in pregnancy and not something strange that my body is doing. :)

Ugh sounds exactly what happened to me around 30/35 weeks with Seren. It was pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. Went away about 4-5 weeks after she was born.
