I think both names are cute in itself, but it just doesn't flow in my mind since both names end in N. I'm also not fond of the double Y.

Not a fan, sorry.
I think of a boy when I hear Camden, and adding the 'y' just makes it look misspelled. Wynn makes me think of the casino in Vegas.
If you like unisex names have you thought about Cameron?

I think it's really cute, but Wynn does remind me of the hotel in Vegas. If you don't mind that then don't worry about it! :)

As someone with a uniquely spelled name, I always encourage parents to reconsider "unique" spellings. If you love it, you're child will grow into the name whatever it is, but I HATE the fact that I have to spell my name for everyone if I want it right. I'm sure others like having a unique spelling, but I just encourage giving it a second thought.

These names aren't my favorite, but they don't conjure up any negative thoughts or ideas. I personally prefer old traditional (boring :)) names so it makes sense. You probably wouldn't like the names I would choose.

Whatever you choose, your precious child will grow into the name. I really disliked my nephew's name when I first heard it, but I love him all the same. Plus he has grown into the name so while I might think of the name as 'eh', I think of my nephew with only fondness and love.

Is yours just Rae or is it short for something? I see Rae commonly, but we had toyed around with the idea of Rei (Japanese spelling) as a middle name in the past.

It's cute but I'm not a huge fan. In all honesty I think it sounds like a fancy hotel I guess it's the Wynn part doing that :)

Short for Rachel/Rachelle,Rachael/Raechal/Rachalle/etc... see how many ways there are to mess with this "normal" name from the 80's? :)

I have to say that I don't like it because it sounds tortured, especially with the way it's spelled. Camden = Camden Yards, Wynn = hotel in Vegas.

Ah yeah. I know a Rachel, Rachelle (pronounced Ra-chelle though), and Rachael.

As a Katie (or Kathleen) I also deal with varied spellings.

i voted ok - but to me Camden is a boy's name.

I voted that I think it is "okay". I think of a boy when I hear the name Camdyn but that doesn't mean much. I named my DD Adrian and even spelled it like the boy version (that was DH's decision not mine). But she has a very, girlie, old fashioned middle name - Rose.

I also think of Camdyn as a boy's name, though spelled Camden. But people use boy's names for girls all the time, and they catch on, so I wouldn't worry too much if you really like it. I'm not crazy about Wynn, though, because I also think of the hotel. Maybe a more feminine middle name would work better with Camdyn.
