is this normal?

I am having lower back aches, period-like cramping, and nausea ( I haven't vomited though).... I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant, I never had this with my other two pregnancies.... Any ideas?

I had back aches and nausea with my first pregnancy but not the AF like cramps... but with this one, I had all three. The cramps freaked me out at the time but I found that they're really common and totally normal. Mine lasted till about 9-10 weeks in fact and I haven't had it since.

And I never threw up with either pregnancy... just felt HORRIBLy nauseous for weeks on end, lol.
