That was interesting. I am overweight, was induced at 42 weeks with my first and my cervix was not favorable but my doctor did not feel it was safe to continue with pregnancy. He warned me all about the chances of a c-section. I was a lucky one I guess, there was no need for one. I'm overweight this pregnancy also, he told me it puts me a little higher risk but so far this pregnancy has been uneventful and I plan on a vaginal birth again. I think women just need to educate themselves.
