Teas that are ok????

Is it safe to drink the Lipton green tea superfruit (with Purple Acai & blueberry)?? Its the only tea I have right now...I have no idea what teas are ok to drink...I don't normally drink them, but right now it would be GREAT on my throat! I've had a cold & cough that's been KILLING ME....

If it's not decaf than I personally wouldn't drink it or limit it to one cup/day. You can really drink any decaf herbal teas though (I do).
