To all of you out there: A few weeks ago I posted that I had a positive pregnancy test. Since then, I've had several negatives, as well as some light bleeding, which I've learned and been told can be vaginal bleeding like a light period due to hormones or intercourse, so I don't know what to think. It lasted 2 days. It started Sunday and ended today, the day my period was supposed to start. I can't afford a blood test right now but my body is still acting like it's pregnant, what with the veins showing and a lack of the signs of ovulation and the continuous fatigue. No weight gain or stress so it's not that. Have even lost weight. Long story short. I just want to thank everyone for their positive comments and support. It's meant a lot. Thank you, you all. I hope everyone else has a safe pregnancy.

I'm sorry you have all this to go through. Is there a planned parenthood you could go to? They work on sliding scales and it might help to have peace of mind.

Truthfully, I am not sure. I'm not from this area. Guess I will have to look it up. Thanks for the reminder.

It sounds like maybe you experienced a chemical pregnancy, if I'm reading your OP correct. I would look into getting to a planned parenthood to figure out whats going on.

I agree with Tee-Ah.... I had a chemical the month before I got pregnant with DD and that's exactly what happened to me. HUGS! I know chemicals SUCK! It's a cruel joke! :(

Two things...
1. Go to the doctor. You HAVE to get bloodwork done to make sure that the m/c occurs fully on it's own... if not, you will have to get a D&C. You don't really have a choice in this... if your body doesn't clean everything out you can have issues getting pregnant in the future and it can cause some SERIOUS problems. So unfortuantly, you need to get in to see someone - planned parenthood should be able to do the blood work I"d think.

2. The GOOD news - if it was a chemical pregnancy (a pregnancy that you m'c before 6-7 weeks) then the good news is that you don't have to wait to try again. And like I said, I got pregnant with DD the month after my chemical and one of my friends conceived her son the month after her chemical. There are a lot of studies that have shown that you're most fertile the month after a m/c. And a chemical proves that you are capable of getting pregnant, another positive. LIke my doc said, it just means that something went wrong at conception this time and the baby wasn't quite right. And trust me, in retro-spect, you'd rather loose the baby at this point then when you're 10 weeks or something.

Best of luck!! Hope you get your + SOON! :)

Thanks everyone for your kind words......something just happened in the family so that may have to be put on hold for a while. I will remember everything ya'll have said and suggested and get it done.
