Hey girls,

I was just wondering how many of you have spotted on/off during most of your pregnancy (not because of BD) I had some bleeding last week & had BETA's done & everything was fine...My numbers went from 2018 to 7743...I bled last Sunday, then I spotted a few days very lightly & then it went to clear mucus (sorry tmi) This morning I woke up to some light bown spotting again...Should I be concerned or or wait to see if it stops? It's just when I wipe after the restroom...Did you ladies spot like this or for most of your pregnancy? Any info would help.

My first pregnancy I didn't have any spotting, but this one I had spotting for several days (just like you, only when I would wipe) at six weeks, seven weeks, and some last Thursday and Friday. They couldn't find any reason for the spotting and my doctor said that some spotting is "normal" - as long as it isn't heavy or red. I hope that it clears up for you!

Have you had your progesterone checked? If not, I would demand that asap!

I have not spotted during this pregnancy, but I did with my first pg.

I spotted at 5 weeks, light pink and again at 11 weeks. The 11 week spotting was fairly heavy and dark red. I was sure I was miscarrying, but it only lasted for a few hours and then never again. I went on to have a healthy baby girl.

Try to relax (I know, it's hard!) and think good thoughts!

Thanks for telling me all this ladies...it makes me feel better! I haven't had my progesterone checked yet, but my 1st appointment is this Friday, & the nurse said the DR. may put me on the progesterone suppositories if needed. I trying to take it easy for now, but it's hard being a SAHM of an almost 2 year old! LOL I think I spot some because of pulling & picking up DS...I hope that's it!!!!
I do know my mom had her period for 3 months of her pregnancy with my brother, so I'm trying to stay positive that all is well..

I would definitely have your progesterone checked and I wouldn't wait until Friday. If your progesterone gets to low it can cause a miscarriage.

Hang in there! I know it is hard! I spotted almost every day from week 6 to week 10 with my second pregnancy. Then, it stopped completely. I would definitely talk with your OB about it. :hugs:

That's why I asked. It's ridiculous that you haven't been tested for that yet with your history! Call them first thing tomorrow!

I would not wait. With your history, you should be on progesterone.
