I drink 3-4 cups of decaffeinated tea each day, which is great during the cold, plus it allows me to keep the heat down in the house. I am allergic to caffeine so it has nothing to do with not wanting to have caffeine due to BFing.

I drank and drink both milk coffee and milk tea. Of course the strength of coffee is muuuuuch less than I ever drank before I got pregnant. I am an addict :silly: I don't drink alcohol in general.
I read that only 1% of caffeine consumed by you is passed onto your LO. So in moderation it is ok.

I drank mother's milk tea occassionaly and have always had a latte every morning (through pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.) It never seemed to bother Sam. I also frequently had a glass of wine with dinner when breastfeeding (until I got pregnant). I figured that as long as I didn't feel tipsy, a glass of wine with food couldn't do much/any damage. Plus, it made me feel like a regular adult again!

Wine is fine! Just make sure you are not feeling it when you feed baby!
