Okay I was taking a shower last night and just happen to look down and notice what looked like a "white head" on my boob, specifically around the areola. Well I started looking, I've got some on both boobs. What are they? Is it normal? Help, I hope I don't have anything that I can pass to my LO.

I don't think it is anything bad. They are most likely Montgomery's Tubercles. These are sebaceous cysts that produce sebum-oil that lubricates skin. They are common and normal appearance on areolas. They protect the skin by lubricating it and also have antibacterial function.
They become more evident when hormonal changes occur during puberty and pregnancy. I have some too. :) If they aren't itchy and bother you, then it should be ok. Don't pop them!

I knew that they were necessary for lubrication but I didn't know what they were called. Thanks for the info!
