We are traveling to see DH's family in WV in 2 weeks. We will also be going to the beach this summer. Stone is still sleeping very well in his crib, and I'd like to keep him there as long as possible. He refuses to sleep in a pack and play, so that's out of the question (I think the pad is too hard for him). Can anyone recommend a travel bed that would still contain him, but be comfortable and portable as well? I've been looking closely at the peapod plus, and that might be an option for us, but I wanted to see if any of you had some experiences to share. TIA!

I have two peapod pluses on the shelf in my closet. They are really cool, they come with a little portable air mattress and a tiny sleeping bag, and they zip up so baby is contained or unzip so he can move in and out.
We don't use them because my babies cry if they aren't in my arms every. single. moment. of. the. night. Like, I can't even get up to pee, even in their deepest sleep, without setting off the caterwauling. Ergo, the babies can't sleep in them. However, we're not getting rid of the Peapods yet because they are really cool and we're traveling to an island in the middle of nowhere, Canada, next July and I'm hoping they'll be a little more independent by then.
